    I have a deerhound cross collie. He is only a pup at moment but shows promise. He is very trainable and a fantastic nose on him. He is not the quickest though. I will keep his progress on the forum.

    Found another one. I hate the harness but my girlfriend puts it on him when she walks him. I wish she was that keen to wear the things i would like her to wear

    I might take him again. I suppose its the only way he will learn. I'm trying put a pic on here but its not working saying the file is too large. Am i doin it wrong. I'm such a techno mong.

    Hi, This is the first time i written on here so hopefully it works out . Been ferreting and hunting all my life but got a deerhound cross collie at the begining of the year. He is 10 months old. This is my first dog and is coming along nicely. He does most things i want him to do and lots of things i dont want him to do ! Anyway, he came on his first ferreting trip this week. He was over excited as most young dogs are. He was focussed on the warrens and was soon after the bunnys but a long way off catching any. I might leave him till next year when he will be older. What do people out there
