    I feed my dogs on dried meat ( soaked in gravy ) with a spoon of garlic powder and minced meat or tripe and a handful of biscuit .

    Road walking 5 night a week will build / tone up the dog but don't forget if you feed crap food you crap results so it a combination of the two. But at only two years old it's still only young also how much work are you showing her ?

    just remember the longer the lens the more light it needs you can buy optical doublers that will make the lens 150 - 600mm but you need very, very good light to get a clear shotThanks for your help paulus

    As paulus has said they are cheap I've just been looking I just need to work out what fits what and I may treat myself to a really powerful zoom lens

    I had the same camera for a Xmas present but mine came with a zoom lens included. Not sure where you live but look up the London camera exchange as they will have new and second hand plus the adaptor rings so other makes it.. How are you getting on with the camera ? I'm still playing with it

    We'll I've been out ferreting once and got nowt but bloody wet and cold even when I'm out mooching with the dogs there's nowt about and all the warrens are just full of water it's even kept the pheasants in the woods so I cant even take a few of them .. Global warming !!!! What a load of bollocks more like global wetting

    Hello all I was just wondering if anybody in and around the West Country will have some cheap springer spatial pups around the February / march time ? I will be looking for a bitch pup to replace my daughters bitch that we had to put down at the old age of 14 years . I'm not interested in all the paperwork etc just a cheap pup for a permanent home.     How about I put the same question to you !!!!!!! How can you get fit fast ??? The simple answer is you can't mate it takes time with hours & miles of road walking other wise you will just exhaust the dog and kill it if you over work a dog that's badly unfit.
