I am thinking of getting another terrier but he will be living at my yard with a lot of poultry. If I was to get a young pup and they grew up together, would be accept them or would he just use his natural instinct and kill them? Anyone else keep theres near/with chickens/ducks? Thanks in advance.
-
Ok, thanks for that. Is anyone selling one? Closer to Kent the better.
-
Ermm... the lower the better really, lol. Haven't got much to spend at the moment.

I am wanting to get a gun and am a total novice. Can anyone on here advise as to what is the best gun to start with? Will be for rabbits, pigeon and rat shooting. Was told a airgun would be best? Thanks in advance.

Im looking to get a pup next year to work under my hawk. Due to school commitments, it would only be worked at weekends and in my holidays but would be excercised for half hour to an hour daily. It would be kennel/crated during the day and at night. What can people recommend? My terrain is mainly bushy cover (thorns etc.) so nothing with a very fine coat that would be easily cut. Looked at the Springer Spaniel, they are ment to be too lively, looked at my favourite, the Vizsla but there coat is too fine for my terrain, looked at the Labrador, but I just don't like them, looked at the W

Hi mate, He's doing well, thanks. Been doing more dummy bunny work with him as he was swopping down on prey but not latching on. He now holds tight no problems! Also been getting him to follow on. He's brilliant, don't even need to blow my whistle, just when I walk in front of him, he swoops in front and up another tree. Had him out on the farm yesterday, new permission so was mainly looking around finding the warrens etc. He had 4 really good chases with an excellent one on a long slip, caught up with the rabbit like a bullet, was on the tail end of it when a bloody golden retriever c
