  1. patts will be KC registered but it wont affect genuine working lads . someone said in an earlier post that the patt is the last bastien for the working terrier. to me thats bollox. lets face it thats breeding to type in its eariest form. the best workers arnt recognised becouse of colour coat type etc but becouse of ability and the best workers will be bred to the best workers regardless off their looks by folk that need a dog with ability. long live the working terrier. sometimes black /white/ . but always a mongrel. so unafected by the kennel club
  2. its good to see the stamp of dogs at the shows delboy some crackin pics mate. like the plummer pup
  3. there some nice looking dogs there, ((( but on this site there is a lot of negative posts they just cannot see the positive, dont pay any attention to the knockers. this show has a fair support of proper terrier lads and it brought a lot of the older lads out of the woodwork. some of them have forgot more than the younger lads will ever know. nice to see jock.back where he should be. plenty of nice show dogs there also. but there would be as it is a show good to see some of the lads.
  4. had a couple of dogs from a fella of the same name. many many years ago kept some good dogs then :victory:cocker that is
  5. had a couple of dogs from a fella of the same name. many many years ago kept some good dogs then
  6. some good dogmen and sound advice on this forum f**k sake condemn a dog for acting like a dog . the dog growled ..OMG. SHOOT IT. good luck with the terrier hope it works out for you. you gotta wonder if you would have got the same responce for a patt growling
  7. brought a dog up here a good few years ago now. patt/russell. if i remember right it came from around barrow inn furness. the fella i got him off wrote a few articles in a terrier lurcher mag under the non de plume SAXON. It was from either malic or mayhem. and a chapman bitch. a dog called tyson russell type caused a bit of a stushy at a couple of shows up here as he often got pulled out dispite having a light eye putty nose ad rose ears. the working lads just couldnt see bby him anyway he entered well and just got better and better although he was a little on the hard side and took a powe
