    I take mine out but miss get to around 6 to 8 foot and stop they always have done I've just settled for that. But like the boys said try themselfs. Also start off the season because they've been rested they can be alittle hyper on there first couple off kills. Try going down to they're level when retrieving see if that helps

    Yeh gaz. I know what the boys round me are doing more Cowboys now than anything else an they love to ego there stories to whom ever will listen so U can hear from the comfort of ur own couch.     After finishing work an watching a programme with the wife the dog was restless so I said to the misses gonae have a quick walk. Grabbed the dl100 an set off. Not too far from home I checked a wee bit normally a couple off bunnies at the start of the year before the guns get them. I snuck down the path thinking feck me it's warm got over the gate an flicked the light 6 bunnies sitting spread across this wee tight park. My plan stay on the gate an hope to get at least 1 run. I flicked the beam onto a rabbit close to the hedge the dog seen it an gave a pull but I thought Al leave that one flicke

    I have my own bitch here will be 6 year old in April was an exceptional bitch day an night and she got hit off a drunk driver an she's f****d now but i wouldn't part with her she just comes a walk I put her to what I thought was the right dog an her pup has just turned 2 an nowhere near the same heights but life's to short to keep starting again. Now I'm just happy to get out an enjoy the chase an the peace and quiet. We all live an learn mate good luck man an pup

    Wasn't a dig trying to be constructive. I've seen boys when they get in the way off buying and selling they go thru some animals an some good ones ruined. I feel when u go into that you lose what is enjoyable about field sports. Anyways mate I wouldn't bad mouth a post keep the head down bond with the pup steady does it an have a good one
