  3. Gem caught her first black rabbit other day ferreting. The lad I was with wanted to release it because he believes its bad luck for some reason but luckily for me it had a broken leg.
  4. Cheers. Thats my favourite bit to be honest. Its a good bit of film for the future to watch back. The pups were 9 weeks at that time. Great effort from fly.
  5. Yes mate that brindle bitch is fly. As you may notice she's well over weight plus she was lamping up untill a few hours before the ferreting session also where's the white bitch was fresh. I would of expected more from had she been younger and fitter. Molly is a very good dog though. I was back out with Ryan a couple week back with gem. On the same field as that one, gem caught one after a very good run.
  6. A video filmed a few weeks ago. Enjoy peeps https://youtu.be/31n9u5ltIvY rew

The lemon and white dog is a friends dog called molly, heres a video from last season https://youtu.be/j1qeQy8Mdjs Your pups doing well for you gaz, how tall Is she? We have seen less rabbits than last year but seeing more deer and hares. Im going to keep trying gem daytime, she done well getting to them for a smaller bitch and when she gets to them, she can lock on, always gets hedge side to keep away from
  9. Mines running well enough for me. Shes been catching well on the lamp, good numbers up north. Nothing to shout about but steady bags. I been giving her some long runs on lamp aswell to help build her up for some daytime running. I have been hoping to mop a few daytime but she's struggling with only two catches so far. She's getting closer each Time. I can only manage one day a week though and a couple more nights lamping. She's doing spot on ferreting and caught her first black rabbit couple weeks ago. I was lamping last night but took some of her nail off so she will need resting. Hopefully n
  10. Thanks fluff if any of these pups are like parents then they should be belting. I kept the dog pup as I'm hoping he throws to Romeo more so than the bitch.

  12. My mrs thought they would look lovely in elf costumes.
  13. Nighteyes pup. This was the runt of the litter but the one to take on any challange first. She's a cracker I think .
  14. Lol no she didn'tomo. She wanted to call her Minnie or minion.
  15. Updated pics of my two pups. Red dog is called bud because he had a white dot on his forehead that is now gone and is 19tts and brindle bitch Is called 'june' because that's the month fly was mates and she's 17tts.
  16. Thanks fellas. Gems retrieving is abit on,off atm. She did retrieve one that day and she retrieved a few when I last took her lamping. Will try her tonight.
  17. Brilliant night. Dogs did well. Plenty of runs for them all and plenty left in them. I wanted to get my bitch a bit fitter for some daytime running. She even retrieved a few which was a bonus. The drive was a scary one for me. The wind was crazy, then we hit some substance on the road doing 70mph and nearly lost control of the car. Thanks tomo and no worries mate.
  18. Last night had a quick spin out on the lamp with gem in foggy conditions. So foggy I couldn't even see 20 yards infront of me. I nearly went home after the first field but decided to carry on and make a mooch of it whilst I was out. I managed only two catches that I was very pleased considering the fog. It needs to hurry up and get gone.unfortunately gem didn't bring her rabbits back but she did kill them quick. I was curious to know how she killed them so I skinned them when I got back. I was surprised hardly any damage to the meat.she might be a head chomper.
  19. Here's the red dog pup that went to Northumberland. His owners very pleased with him, he said he's learning fast. He's been called Charlie.
