  1. I have edited the beginning bit out. Like I said on your thread, it would be a pleasure to film you and your dog. I agree location have got to be kept secret, didn't think I was giving to much away. We only manage our scores because we get out the car and trek about. The last time we went ,we pulled up and lamped the fields next to road. We seen a couple, we then decided to just try a couple fields in and it was madness. We left our rucksacks in the car and had to carry everyone back by hand. It was a total killer. I wont make that mistake twice.
  2. It was just a bit of confusion on whos slip it was and both dogs were slipped by mistake.
  3. We are going sunday for a friends birthday bash, just running his two dogs and I will film them for him and that will be my last time this season. If you would ever like me to film mars for you then let me know.

  9. Yesterday I was invited out for the day ferreting with Tomo and Vin on the permission they share. I was to take my pup along and tomo had his pup with him and Vin had both of his dogs. Tomo collect me from mine at 4:30am, I had over slept but instinctively woke up at 4:25, I had to get all my stuff together as quick as I could and tomo didnt have to wait too long. It does put 15 mins on his journey so I really appreciate the fact he comes out his way to pick me up. The 2 and half hours drive passes quickly and meet Vin at the mcdonalds around 7am . I buy the breakfast's this time as they got
  10. If fly was fresh then I think it could have been a different outcome. I remember the night before when we were lamping, right at the end of the night fly had two long runs on big rabbits, the first one was up and down the stone wall for 30 seconds but turn after turn as it tried to get to a gap through the wall. Eventually it got through and you could see fly was fecked but then another one jumped up and I said to the lads just keep the lamp on. I bet they thought I was stupid but I knew she would pull off if it was to much for her, but she stayed behind its arse and again for a further 30 se
  11. Its healing very well boyo vets are really happy with it. I think It helps the healing process when they are on a natural diet like rabbit, im also feeding her a high protein greyhound food hoping it helps with tissue re growth. Fly is happy anyway, trying to run about and play with the pup. Thanks for asking boyo.
  12. cheers again. I just wished I didn't have the problems with insurance and I could have been getting out a lot more driving everywhere finding new ground. However I still got lots of footage to put up so that will keep me busy for a few weeks.
  13. lol 8 in april - may. Yes she did pull up quick but the bitch was over weight and tired after a nights lamping . I remember I had loads of chicken from the butchers and ran out of freezer space so was feeding dogs up with it to use it up. Obviously been an old bitch she struggled to lose it after wards. I eventually got her from 63lb down to 53 lb in two months. cheers gents
  14. Nice pics and action shot, the 3rd pic before the last says it all for me. you can get drontals from manor pharmacy for £1.50. Whats the vet checking for?
  15. Heres another hunting video I filmed last season. I was invited up north by a lad of facebook and after a nights lamping we then ferreting afterwards in the pissing rain. Not a big bag but enjoyable few hours watching molly ferreting and then later flushed a hare which she fluffed. Hope you like. http://youtu.be/j1qeQy8Mdjs will try editing part2 and have that on youtube by tomorrow. good hunting rew
  16. I find it easier to film whilst somebody else lamps for me. That way you can adjust the focus by zooming in and out, plus you will need a lamp with a wider beam to help capture that better footage. Heres some clips I have filmed this season. I have a good 2 hours edited and ready to upload to youtube soon. http://youtu.be/-2d43MDXBN8 http://youtu.be/gf_Kst9KrWI http://youtu.be/43hc7e5iyEA Good hunting rew

  22. Ii should be working full time I agree and eventhough my contract is only part time (16 hours) every week I do 25 hours . Nows the time to look for a 40 hour week job when the dogs don't need working. I have been trying to make money through filming so haven't been looking for another job since I am always busy. I have always been able to pay my way and like I have said I wasn't working the dog at the time so wasn't expecting this to happen. I had just spent 300 on a few day break with my girl friend. My other bits take me to 500 leaving me food money for the rest of the month. As much as I a
