yes it is a great site i have lernt loads from here and most are verry helpfull it would be nice to have a section for new commers to hunting so they could ask there questions as most on here are willing to help the most enoying thing for me is wheh you get someone new who asks for someone to take them out and show the ropes then people say things like go and find it like we had to they are proberly only askin becuse they dont know how to find it ok you get some who are just wanting us to do the work for them but most just want to do things right and have got no one else to turn to

lots of great advice there mate pre baitindg the target area is the best option but try to do it descretly as some other anglers will jump on your hard work seen it done to many times just stick to it try using pva sticks and sit it out as the fish are obvisuly used to finding food items in the thick weed

if there was no stupid poasts there would not be much to argue with but it might make it a bit boring if members had nothing to moan about as it seems some like to turn the most innocent posts in to arguments keep it as it is its more interrsting this way

id say pull trough from tail to tips of ears keep the gun moving till you see target drop as these kind of shots it is all too easy to stop the gun with out split second realising it

I second that!! Theres too many people who cannot and will not accept that their dogs are badly trained and out of control!! Half the time they look through the freeads in the free to good home section and look for the biggest breed.What they dont realise is that most of the time you are getting a lot of problems!! Then when they see the dark side of that dog,they look for anything or anyone to use as an excuse rather than accept that they are in the wrong!! As for biting a little girl,the dog should have been destroyed!! bloody warning!!Its people like you that end up with dogs killing o

when out the other day my cartridges got wet my so called water proof bag was not and they got wet some had water driping out of them will they be eny good or should i just get rid of them

hi mate get out knocking on doors and ask if you can offer to shoot etc in the week i have found that by doing this i have found more permmision as most of the land i shoot the others only shoot weekends.i am lucky to work for my self so can take days off in the week.other wise offer to help out and be flexible with the hours you can shoot ie evernings or at night just do what you can to help the land owner you might just be lucky good luck with it and hang in there it will come if you go out and find it

hi mate had simmerler problem with tumble dryer i know it is different to washing machine but was told that the ellement was causing elec to trip the sparky told me that eny thing with heating element that has gone wrong can cause triping out hope this helps

sorry to hear this mate hope he gets well soon the same thing happend to my nethew got set about by 7 thugs they batterd him good and propper the police made two arrests and even got a foot print from me nepthews chest but still done nothing becuse of lack of evedince.good luck and kind regards

it must be somthing about farm ponds fished one the other week that hardly ever gets fished only small carp to about 3 lb but dident they fight nice fish of yours

i have used one but agree you need good back cover can see clearly through it from the inside but if in bright light can be seen easily from out side -
we just avoid each other and i have not been to his kennels to see what dogs he has got maybe it escaped i dont know. did not start this to argue but there is a lot of on here who think they are perfect dont they You didnt answer the last part of my post , did you kill the dog or injure it ? sorry mised that bit yes killed it

well after you shot it how did you fine out it was his dog? if it was in your chicken pen killing your birds did you have your gun in your hand when you first saw it, or did you see the terrier then run in doors find your gun cabinet keys get your gun out then run outside while loading your gun then aim and fire, in all that time would it have been more easy to catch the dog up? you also say that the dog was dangrous how did you know this or was it hear say ? also you say why does the keeper have a dog that kills ? may be its a hunting dog ? i just hope your dog never gets out
