Like i said Jasp im not an arsenal fan and im not defending them,what i meant was this " get stuck into them " attitude no matter what team is in the firing line is always going to end up with an injury like this,it was an adrenalin tackle more than anything.....that said i wouldnt class arsenal a dirty side...as this tackle showed theirs " dirty " and theirs outright " disgraceful "...this was disgraceful.

I used to frequent higham ferrers a few years back which is just up the road...i thought wellingborough was quite a nice place myself...it was clean,predominantly white,nice little shopping centre,it was a few minutes from the a45 if i remember right so nicely located to get around....i suppose it depends what your used to,i was living in the middle of london at the time so it seemed like heaven....

The glaring fact you are forgetting is that vanderlei silva,noguira etc etc have been at the top of the mma game virtually all their adult lives but when they first competed as beginners they fought nobodies....its only recent they have gone into ufc but they have a life long experience of the sport...amir khan has been a pro boxer for a couple of years and is not only a kid but is learning his trade the same as any pro athlete does at the start of their career,that cant be compared in any way to somebody who comes into ufc with an experienced background in the sport in their mid thirties like

What you say we have a little private bet on that statement bill ? .... I thought that was without doubt khans best performance to date...he is looking a more complete fighter every time and he is enormous at the weight and becoming a fine physical specimen....whether he will have the durability and heart to dig deep during a real tough war is a big question.... theres no reason to say he wouldnt or couldnt..... but on timing,ability,speed and general ring presence he is coming along just fine and personally i would expect him to win a version of a world title within 18 months....hopefully

When bonding skin to seal a wound make sure to leave a gap for drainage....a wound may look clean to the eye but unless a drainage hole is left you can often expect infection afterwards.
