    BNP

Who a man votes for and his reasons for doing so is nobodies buiseness but his own.......the BNP are a legitimate political party not some bunch of skinhead kids scribbling right wing slogans everywhere.......too many people are stuck in the past with the old national front and pathetic cringeworthy groups like combat 18 who have done nothing for nationalist people except embarrass them ! Just because a party puts the englishman in england first....does not make them a racial group.....it makes them a group who is loyal to england and english people....and if thats wrong then it kind of sums
  2. When i first started training mate we had steak for breakfast steak for dinner and steak for tea....a cardio session was running from one wall of the gym to the other 20 times....and a protein shake was something you flushed the chain after doing !......we all have to move with the times mate and thankfully most changes have been for the better
  3. Think your talking about Gamma oryzanol which is basically a herbal extract......boosts testosterone levels and lowers stress/cortisol levels hence resulting in the growth of lean muscle tissue while burning off unwanted fat.....well thats the plan anyway !........BUT.....its a sellers market for supplements and most of this stuff just burns a large hole in the pocket. Steroids are not just there to make you big mate....and as for roid rage, what the fxxx are you talking about you cxxxxxxxxxt ......... .......there is so much misunderstanding of gear its one of those things you just have
  4. Lads theres this new invention.........its called the telephone ! Kye that sounds an interesting system.....most bodybuilders are not particularly strong people, ive a pal who competes at a high level and is a physically impressive specimen size and condition wise at a relatively young age....my core strength comes from a background in powerlifting and although these days i dont lift anywhere near as much as years ago i still outlift this lad giving him at least 2 stone bodyweight and several years of youth......his natural core body strength is certainly not what you would think to look
  5. Well i think most people who know him would put 2 or 3 other reasons in front of that one....in fact for many people i would place gear well down the list of reasons for their success......the truth is we all start out with the best intentions but when you really want to compete with the best....whether that be weightlifting, bodybuilding, sprinting or pretty much any other strength/endurance sport.....sport has evolved and time stands still for no man....so anyone competing should face facts....or come second !...if your not competing, hell what does it matter theres worse things going on in lif
  6. Have you seen a top class bodybuilder over the past 20 years who doesnt ? or hasnt ?...but if you think gear is an instant remedy for success your wrong,in fact making the most of gear probably takes a lot more dedication than those who are natural......also,you could stick dale winton on a cycle and it wont make him any more of a man, change his genetic capabilities or give him knowledge on strength and conditioning....if there was a magic pill and it was that easy.............
  7. Maximuscle supps are good......but Extreme are better .....just grabbing an opportunity of a plug for a friend www.extremenutrition.co.uk ......can even get you 25 % discount if you drop me a pm !
  8. Socks, personally i would say he has the 2 main criteria for success in this game....1, he is genetically blessed....and 2, he has a great knowledge of training and nutrition.....strength wise i outlift him on every movement....but as is well known, bodybuilding is not about how strong you are its about how strong it LOOKS LIKE you are !
  9. Me too mate....but i tell you what,i dont know what part of the country your at...but anytime your down london way be sure to pop in and show all us mere mortals how its done wont you ....we have the current london and home counties over 100 kg runner up training here....he,s off season at the mo so 4 times the size of you and twice the size of me and dont train as hard as you.... Failure is failure....100 % intensity is the same whether your a 9 stone weakling or 19 stone solid.....so could be a good learning curve watching you train
  10. Your right mate i dont believe you....im not calling you a liar im simply saying that your not training to maximum stress day in day out........if you was and your poundages were steadily increasing then your a, super human....or b,wasted talent and should be entering wsm contests......16 sets to failure per bodypart every workout ....oh that was without the 3 warm up sets....and the hours cardio after...... ....i thought id heard most things in this game but that takes some beating.....and lets not forget you was advising this to a lad whos a beginner !!!
  11. 12 working sets, and then 2 sets to failure.....is a very different thing to going to failure for 16 sets per bodypart !......and my guess is also, your not a beginner to lifting.......i maintain,16 sets at maximum intensity is physically impossible.....but a great way to put off a beginner !
  12. Your looking well mate.....but you are still not training 16 sets per bodypart at maximum stress and then going for an hours cardio after....im not asking you im telling you .....i dont know how long you have been training but you dont appear to be training for size so i doubt you are lifting to your full capabilities anyway, hence you are not lifting to maximum stress.... If for every single one of your sets of 8 reps, your 7th rep is not forced and your 8th is not a negative rep...then your not training to maximum stress......i see lads every day juiced up to the eyeballs lifting ridiculou
  13. There is no man alive fit and strong enough to do 16 sets per bodypart at maximum stress !.....my guess is if you are indeed doing 16 sets, you are not actually working at full intensity...you cant be.....muscle builds back bigger and stronger when it has been broken down and rested to accomodate the extra load you place on the muscle, thats why its called progressive resistance......its nothing to do with hard work,16 sets of 100% intensity is physically impossible every workout and certainly wouldnt achieve gains in size or strength.....believe me mate i spent my first 10 years slogging my gut
  14. Ok i suppose i could be like you and be an arse...but having been around a few gyms, having run 1 or 2 and eventually owning 1 or 2 suffice to say i feel no need to justify myself to you....the lads trying to get advice and if you scroll through books, gyms, the internet....or simply take advice off any seasoned lifter....nobody will tell a beginner to do 16 /20 sets to failure per bodypart 5 times per week and then go for an hours run after ....if he,s a plumber lets hope he has room in his toolbag for his intravenous drip eh !! Its best to give no advice than give bad advice...and when he ca
  15. So lets say he is benching a weight he can do for 7/8 reps at 95% intensity with a 90 second rest in between.....well thats about 30 sets if he trains for an hour per bodypart!!!.....ive been training over 30 years and couldnt do that He wants at the most 3 full heavy sets per bodypart compound movements only training to failure on each set with good form....maybe 1 last slow set with a lower weight....gradually increasing the weight every few weeks.....this in itself will be exhausting enough but with correct rest and diet will see good results......
  16. For maximum gains he still needs to train like a beginner.....not for a year like most should because he has trained before, but definately for 6 months.....1 bodypart for 1 hour will not allow the intensity needed for muscle growth...better to lift with authority for 20 minutes than go through the motions for 1 hour......no point cutting the hours of the day to allow for more rest,he needs to be eating every 3 hours, when you shorten your days to allow more rest you cut the nose off to spite the face.....2 hours per day in the gym is unecessary at his stage and if training natural will not allo
  17. 1 bodypart for an hour 5 times per week plus an hour cardio every session .....the poor lad will be starting every session exhausted from the day before !....1 hour lifting weights amounts to about 20 sets unless your having 5 minutes rest between sets !......to gain size and strength you will need to be training at a high level of intensity using heavy weight and low reps.......at the beginninners stage " rest " is the key....not more is better......a whole body workout 3 times per week of 3 sets per bodypart is sufficient at this stage.....include a little cardio and you will be in the gym
  18. Stone me....i only replied 3 minutes ago and theres another 5 replies already !....... Thats correct you cant cut and bulk at the same time, but these are terms that would apply to bodybuilders who are either off season or pre contest....not to somebody just looking to lose some fat and gain some muscle and become generally more healthy.....lift some weights and do some cardio, with a good diet you will do both of those things naturally anyway.....no need to run before walking is mastered.....all the best.
  19. If that is your question mate.....then its something that if you need to ask you shouldnt need to know......gear has its place, but if your a young lad you wont have reached anywhere near your maximum natural potential yet so best save it for the time when it will really be of benefit.....thats if you stick at it that long because most dont... !....and thats pretty much what most people would tell you im sure.....unless there after your coin !
  20. That dont sound all that strange measurements bill in fact sounds about right....dont know why you should have problems....ive used this mob before if its any use www.bigclobber.com
  21. At last its happened......i knew it would only be a matter of time before someone paid the price for the pathetic acting and ludicrous ring entrances these fellas make......jackson barely moved a muscle in the 6 or 7 minutes leading up to the fight instead preferring to concentrate on his cringeworthy " hard " look....meanwhile griffin was keeping loose and active so that when the first bell sounded he was ready for anything.....in my opinion jackson won the first round but was probably not fully " loose " until round 3 or 4 by which time it was too late with his leg being knackered from a kic
  22. While all these statistics dont stack up well for the poor old pit bull it has to be said that surely the numbers wouldnt be half as high if the " im a hard gangster with a pitbull " type of owner......owned a cocker spaniel,dalmatian...or any other breed.....and NOT a pitbull....likewise if old age pensioners were attracted more to pitbulls than to cocker spaniels, this too would surely change these statistics......when you have fools with the gangster mentality standing on street corners......with 1 particular breed....it stands to reason that breed ( whichever it may be ) is going to pay for
  23. they did , and they nearly won until he was mowed down and killed in a car accident . cant remember his name , i will try and find out Joe Graham was a good man and was certainly a good voice for the silent minority of the time......there was plenty of " Joe " dogs in the early 90,s named after him....however,with all due respect to Joe i think any publicist for the breed today will need a very strong knowledge of law and not just a love of the breed,...unfortunately these days roll your sleeves up type of passion has long since given way to arty farty collar and tie brainpower !
  24. Just out of interest for any of you Ali fans.....a doorman in liverpool...well ( professional greeter ) as he likes to be called .....lost a close points decision to ali in the 70,s after which ali called him the hardest puncher he ever faced....,Earnie Shavers..... I was fortunate enough to be given a short home video of an interview between earnie, ali, foreman and ken norton from late 99.......they mostly rant on about god but all 3 say shavers was the hardest puncher of their generation !
  25. The big little man.....would have boxed at a higher level in todays game where he most probably would have only been a light heavy....still though,a short stocky southpaw will always be avoided......hows the old boy doing these days, sorry to hear of your sad loss earlier in the year, all the best.
