Driving down a narrow but reasonably busy road this morning i had the misfortune to be stuck behind 2 horses with a stuck up female on each....side by side refusing to move meaning a 2 mile road took me near on 15 minutes to reach the end.....normally im happy to slow down,stop or whatever it takes to be polite.....having politely ( but relatively loudly ) asked them to move over or at the least go single file my reply was " why should we theres no law against it "......is there or not does anyone know ?......only because im getting too old for it did i manage to resist some sort of road/horse

Really you can only blame whoever it was who gave him the ban...if you ban a man for life then he will never run again,ban him for a few years then why complain when he decides to race again....he served his time and if now clean and competing at the necessary level then why not race....also,lets not forget that chambers only got banned because he got caught,if we banned every athlete taking gear there would be no top class athletics!

Think your find he is a gonner bill....i was told he overdosed on a bit of everything in the north of england somewhere.....im not stating a fact mind you its just what i was told,nobody seems to know which kind of sums up the sadness of the man and his career.....when you met him did you understand a word he said, funny as fxxk some of his post fight interviews Jasp pernell whittaker ( sweet pea i believe they called him ? )...was a great little fighter,was robbed in my opinion of 2 decisions in big fights with chavez and de lahoya and never got a rematch with either which says a lot.

In my opinion thats what made leonard special,the way he could adapt to any style,from a workhorse like hagler or duran to a power puncher like hearns...leonard always found a way to win....didnt beat hagler ? personally i gave hagler about 3 rounds at most....hagler was hot favorite to win that fight after leonard being out the ring a few years....the lalonde fight was at light heavy but also for the vacant super middle leonard who started as a welter was fighting a full blooded light heavy....a very limited fighter but a world champ nonetheless and got up off the canvas twice if i remember r

The duran/leonard/hagler/hearns fights was probably my favorite era in boxing..... you will like this one jasper,who was the only man to beat them all ?...Sugar ray Leonard Fair enough he lost the first duran fight but those early and mid ,s fights were for me when boxing was at a peak as a sport,certainly in my life time anyway....also holmes/cooney was i think 82...hagler/hearns was 85...wee barry was at the top....whats your favorite era lads ?

ok Jasp,lets pretend tyson was not a cur,which lets make no mistake about,he was !...and having failed to intimidate lewis it was now a straight boxing match.....lets look at tysons career,even from the start stylistically he struggled with exceptionally tall guys,which lewis was,he also struggled with opponents with a strong jab,which lewis had.....couple this with the fact that probably the best opponent tyson faced was either a pumped up light heavyweight champ in michael spinks or an ancient larry holmes....so where are the credible opponents tyson beat and what would suggest he would have

Like i said Jasp im not an arsenal fan and im not defending them,what i meant was this " get stuck into them " attitude no matter what team is in the firing line is always going to end up with an injury like this,it was an adrenalin tackle more than anything.....that said i wouldnt class arsenal a dirty side...as this tackle showed theirs " dirty " and theirs outright " disgraceful "...this was disgraceful.

Im know arsenal fan,but i think its pretty much the done thing these days when playing arsenal to " get stuck into them " early on......the " let him know your there " attitude is a key tactic in most of the lower league teams when playing arsenal.....with 2 minutes gone this was clearly the mentality taylor went into this tackle with...should he be banned ? no....should he be fined ? no.....but i think something should happen,this was a career ending tackle on a world class striker by an average at best defender....think what we would be saying if it had been rooney,owen or any top english st

I used to frequent higham ferrers a few years back which is just up the road...i thought wellingborough was quite a nice place myself...it was clean,predominantly white,nice little shopping centre,it was a few minutes from the a45 if i remember right so nicely located to get around....i suppose it depends what your used to,i was living in the middle of london at the time so it seemed like heaven....
