Havent been into the terrace shit for a long while now but we were all young and daft once......all seems pretty pathetic now but i was one of the original icf back many moons ago.....give them their due millwall were always a strong bunch even if their team were shit ! The only mob ive ever seen who would trash their own area and start on their own supporters. Its nearly all died out now what with all seater grounds and banning orders.....but i dare say a few old boys will be coming out of retirement for this one .....on the pitch i,ll have a few bob on my hammers walking all over them

West Ham have drawn Millwall in the cup ......talk about birthdays and christmas all at once !...probably the fiercest rivalry in football today. Apparently when the draw came out they wanted to do the draw again,now they are trying to get the game played behind closed doors. Player for player arsenal are nowhere near as strong as the other top premier league sides and they havent replaced 2 big players so for that reason i think they,ll do well to finish even top 5 let alone 4 .... But i think there still a strong cup side in 1 off games or 2 leg games and for that reason i think they will get past celtic.

Not sure i agree terrierman....ive had errmm quite a few pit bulls over the years,before they was illegal of course.....and there was a small number that were good examples of what i describe,they were just wrong uns for want of a better description.....a dog that would not back down or be dominated by man,owner or otherwise....i would consider myself reasonably knowledgable of the breed but even with a great upbringing there are a small number of dogs that cannot be corrected from bad habits and being pts is the only choice......and this i put down to the way nature works. This has to be one of the most overused term in the dog world.......and also one of the most ridiculous ! The laws of nature dictate that some dogs are simply " born bad "....yes we can have a positive impact on their lives but nature will be nature just like not every serial killer was battered by an evil father....some were just born bad......thats just the law of nature. No offence by the way mr.terrierman as i know its an easily repeated term.

Its a question that simply doesnt have a straightforward answer.....yes in some cases the owner is a fool attracted to the wrong breed for the wrong reasons.......but a dog can only be what it is genetically capable of being...... When you stop a greyhound from running the dog becomes a victim of its own genetics. When you stop a pit bull from fighting the dog becomes a victim of its own genetics........and will naturally seek to release its energy in other ways. When you breed away from what a dog was originally bred to do over many generations you interfere with what that dog essentially

Couldnt agree more mate ive known jimmy since we was teenagers......so about 20 years now ...and he has always been one of the most kind,staunch and loyal friends a man could wish for......perfect no but certainly a man of principal which has to be respected in this day and age. I think even the fella oneredtrim who was bad mouthing him knows jimmys worth he just didnt want to lose an argument !

Nothing wrong with inbreeding i imagine he has a huge brother as inbreedings are always likely to produce the extremes of what a line has to offer.... In my opinion its the way to go with a lot of these working staffs ......not sure the old kc would look too favourably on it but still f**k em ! Hope the lad gets a good home.

Just heard a good tribute on the radio from mick mills....he said " theres not many people who can compete at top level sport for 50 years without making an enemy ".....kind of sums up the quality of the man and how highly thought of he was. RIP Mr.Robson

I think the confusion comes in with the terminology people use to discuss genetic inheritance......in the truest sense of the word no there is no specific hunting " gene " within dogs just the same as there is no " gameness " gene.....but there most definately is what we call " genetic traits " that are passed on....be it hunting,gameness,curs or whatever......these are not specific genes but are simply the overwhelming influence on genetic inheritance.

Your a good man bill In my opinion Paul Cook is a good trainer with some good prospects....BUT that whole stable works on a friendly friendly basis it is not anywhere near as competetive as some gyms......they are all a close bunch of lads from the same area all looking out for each other which is great....but a hard spar in that gym is not as competetive as a hard spar in for instance a brendan ingle gym as an example.......kevin mitchell has suffered some genuine injury setbacks but his want away has caused ripples for both himself and his brother whos another decent young prospect......a

If im not wrong they was the same lads off here taking the piss out of me for saying amir khan would win a world title inside 2 years..............just a shame none of them have the decency to honour the bets they made i had them down as better than that

Terrible shame he was one of lifes good guys i heard he did a lot for disabled and needy kids. They do say the brightest lights shine for the shortest time but the way he died is no way for anyone to die especially a fighter. RIP

I agree with this i think when your giving up as much size and strength as haye was going to against either klitchko you may as well give up a little bit more for a technically easier fight.I dont think haye could have beaten either klitchko myself but i give him a better than average chance of beating the russian.

Well i hate to be a fanny with the " i told you so " bollocks.....but all the lads on here i have been debating amir khan with for the last few years seem to have either left the forum or keeping quiet.......
