pompous self-important ......there are few more genuine and down to earth people in football than Harry Redknapp......so he,s not 100% by the rulebook in a lifetimes work so what,who is in any walk of life. I couldnt agree more....but what about poles,turks,nigerians,albanians,algerians,ethiopians,indians......and the rest of the worlds shit we have to put up with every day..... You pretend to be patriots,when in reality its a religion you are mad at and thats nothing to do with being patriotic. Go fight muslims in the streets under the cover of darkness if thats your thing.....dont make a big public spectacle about it so you get police protection and then make out like your doing it in the name of patriotism !!

Sounds to me like the EDL is pretty much the same as the footie lads but a different enemy.I guess its a stage we all go through as youngsters and end up embarrassed about later in life. To be honest it always amazed me how Liddell was as succesful as he was for such a technically poor striker/puncher.....i believe the level of striking/boxing is very low within the sport of mma.....Liddell relied on opponents walking onto stuff and getting caught with counters,as soon as folk stopped chasing him and forced him to come forward he was only half as dangerous. LIke any physical training it depends what your trying to achieve.....heavy weights 4 times a week is no good for size/strength gains same as quick sprints wont build endurance......training is only 50%,diet and rest are equally important....too many people these days go to the gym then for a curry and beer on the way home !

Must admit i dont understand this EDL thing.....im all for patriotism standing up for what you believe and keeping England English......but i dont get why the EDL see Muslims as the demon but nobody else.......personally i hate all foreigners the same im not prejudiced ..... Thats just the nature of signing a pro contract,some lads see it as a backward step but to me they have the wrong attitude,who wants to be a big fish in a small pond. I dont really know the mma game but i imagine its similar to turning pro as a boxer you have commited yourself to the sport and live the fighters life which as you already know if you have made it this far is a life of dedication. For me hunting comprises once every week or 2 tagging along with a few fellas who know a lot more about it than me,i find it very interesting and enjoyable.Im nowhere near as commited or dedicated as some folk on here it just fits adequately into life at this moment,hopefully later on in life i will become more involved with the learnings ive gained......and this website is another source of that learning and interest. Plus its a good place to take the piss out of northerners and jocks
