While i agree with the above....there were just as many bad owners back then as there are now,whats worse now is the quality of the breed.....back then the breed hadnt been messed with so much and they were still relatively pure of what they actually were.......today they are so far removed from what the breed actually is that nobody really knows what they have,even the pure ones are not pure in the truest sense of the word. And incidentally a " pit ".....is an excavated hole or cavity in the ground....not a breed of dog

Now thats not altogether a bad idea.......Apparently they was blatantly time wasting with 10 minutes of the first half gone !!...and played there usual 5-4-1 formation....not the way to play football is it mate....i dare say even my little Hammers could survive playing like that,but it just wouldnt be accepted.. you got to at least try to play football.

I wouldnt say he was responsible that would be unfair....but folk like him was the root cause of the dda....people who churn out litter after litter of dogs to sell to anybody with the correct money......oh but he put on athletic dog shows so that makes him " a good ol boy " Fair do,s the man bred some exceptional animals.....but then the law of averages says anyone producing that amount of pups is going to produce some good ones..... I thought it would be a few years ago but Tevez saved us with miracles.....then i thought we would last year and plain luck saved us..........i guess you can only push things so far,so yes i think we,re doomed !......Our sides just not good enough for this league if im honest,no excuses......though having a cardboard box for a manager dont help none !

My pal was at the Arsenal game last night,said even when Arsenal fans were singing " boring boring City ".....little pockets of City fans were actually applauding !!.....As he said,its hard to beat a team thats not trying to beat you ! Some great players City but they are everything thats wrong with the Premiership in my opinion.

Oh absolutely....he was the son of a highly thought of dog...people were selling this line for good money at the time so in the wrong hands this dog would have been bred out the arse and a fortune made....probably along with more than a few accidents......i guess like anything else,its just a matter of using common sense and being responsible. I would have told 9 out of 10 folk to destroy the dog,but when you dont sell dogs or surround yourself with idiots.....its a manageable situation.

Of course its not something myself or anyone else could ever prove one way or the other....its just that,a theory.You are right most times people/dogs snap.....but sometimes they dont its just not in them......how many kids bullied all their life take their own life rather than confront the bully...yes he still snaps,just not in a violent way.....in other words,confrontation/violence is just not in them they go completely the other way. Interesting stuff anyway

I kept the dog alive,it was a very well bred,excellent specimen of its breed who had too many great qualities to destroy because of 1 very bad fault..... I had a great bond with the dog,a dog who had recieved the best of everything in its upbringing.....i just noticed over a period of a few months he was starting to behave slightly different to normal,small things......until one day i put his food down and he was all over me....ended up with a lot of stitches down my right arm,micro surgery on my right hand,and a lot more stitches on my left leg......what made it worse is i had already witne

Thats absolutely what im saying yes.....we know that ALL dogs are CAPABLE of biting a human,hence we take precautions and use common sense......but that doesnt mean all those dogs WILL bite if put under the right provocation. We have all seen or heard about these dogs who under severe mistreatment by their owners or uneducated children still do not even raise a lip.Whether that is because of the loyalty a dog will show its master or the fact its just not in some dogs to be aggressive none of us know.Ive heard countless stories over the years of dogs being treated badly yet remaining 100 % loy

Just out of interest....and to turn the tide slightly as regards the pts of a dog that attacks.......what would be the decision if it was YOU that the dog attacked( your own dog in other words )....unprovoked and reasonable damage done......???? I only ask as i had to make this decision myself several years ago and always felt i made the right decision for myself and the dog concerned....be interested to hear your thoughts

Im inclined to agree .....the league dont lie thats correct,Sunderland are doing well granted,but the league indicates these 3 strikers are in a team with a goal average of plus 2 !!....none of these 3 unreal strikers are in the top 6 scorers in the league....fair enough if they are playing well then great,but strikers will always be judged by the amount of goals they score. While i agree its a bit strong to say it should be illegal,it should definately be discouraged....the dilution or cross breeding of anything always results in complications of some sort......theres nothing wrong with racial purity and should be strongly encouraged in my opinion regardless what that race is.....its what gives people their identity......if the dogooders had their way we would all end up a greyish colour and have the same beliefs about everything !!

Ricky Percival got life for killing Boshell,virtually blew his head off on an allotment if i remember right !....if im not wrong though he was convicted on evidence given by Alvin who was a known police informer,i know it was something to do with Percival trying to bribe someone to take the blame i forget now i know it was a complicated little carry on....all over drugs,the 2 Tretton boys were involved somewhere along the line,think there both dead now also.They were messy times round Southend,Basildon way.
