People today moan about agents in sport.....but if ever there was a perfect example of the need for them,Randy Turpin was it !......In todays times he would have been a multi millionaire who could secure his familes and their familes futures....Sadly he made bad investments through lack of knowledge and a less than great education and went the way he did.

I dont know your age Stan but if your of a certain age its no different to what you or i would have got that nobody classed as a beating then just pretty standard practise.....i say again,its the age of the kids and the fact some were girls that makes that clip everything you say it was.

The beauty with supporting the club you do mate is you can sit back and put your feet up knowing you can have trust in a manager who consistently comes up with the goods. Just to correct myself its 1.816 litres to 1 gram not the other way round Disecting litres of water is far easier than disecting grams of powder,keep it simple and all that

I agree with that....its certainly not nice simply because of the age of the kids and the fact some were girls....but getting wrapped across the knuckles,the cane or slipper was perfectly acceptable and infact promoted by most parents not too long ago.....nobody ever called that a " beating "....and when its done by a 6ft 4 18 stone rugby playing pe teacher its no fun even as a 13/14/15 year old.... Its the age/sex of the kids that makes your blood boil about this clip.

Lads....sometimes in top level sport you just gotta hold your hands up and accept you,ve been beaten by a far superior opponent......On that performance by Barcelona last night Utd,Liverpool,Chelsea or Arsenal could play them every night of the week and never beat them.....the fact Utd only lost 3-1 proves to me they are the best team in England ! Yous can sit talking about what Utd did wrong and what players didnt perform but sometimes you can only be as good as an opponent allows you to be if individually and as a team they are basically too good for you. In the top flight continuosly yes....Everton have spent more seasons in the top flight and are a slightly older club but as an uninterrupted period in top flight football Arsenal are the longest by a long way....infact i think Arsenal are pretty much double what any other club has done. Goalkeeper ....your point was they are not a great club.....have a look at their history,ground,following,level they continue to compete at etc etc......not a great team over the last few years no ( although still within the best 4 in England )....but a great club no doubt about it

I know your a fan Jasper but i dont think even Utd,s most loyal fan would agree with that.....Do you really think the only way Barcelona can win is by cheating or penalties.....they are without doubt the better football team and are clear favorites to win. I think Utd can win and hope they do anything can happen in a one off match....i just heard Teddy Sherringham give an interview saying he gives them 10% chance,personally i think they have a slightly higher chance,but they are still big underdogs whatever way you look at it. I know the picture your on about it was on the front of Ed Reids book canine gladiators of old & modern times....im sure someone will have the book and be able to put the picture up for you. I always thought the don mayfield picture with swig would make a nice tattoo it kind of captures the essence of what the dogs are about....well it does for me anyway ....im no good a posting pictures but again,im sure someone could do it.

Im making assumptions based on what most of your own people feel ...what are your assumptions that the lower English league is shit based on ?....no actually dont answer,the fact you think a neutral doesnt want to watch quality football kind of explains enough ... Sky tv and tv rights in general must have it all wrong.....perhaps they should focus on Aldershot v Burton Albion instead of Man Utd v Barcelona....i mean who wants to watch good football right ! I know there only actors but id like to snap his neck that Christian.....he must be a ginger in real life surely to play the part as well as he does....he makes me feel like stamping my foot through the telly.

This running flat out stuff sounds good......but the reality is nobody i dont care how fit you are can run flat out for much more than 1 minute !.....which equates to about a quarter of a mile at a push.....its physically impossible.
