    A fox can only bolt if he has a way out which the dog isn't blocking,I like a terrier to bay and mix only if needs be ,but if i thought foxes where pushing past a dog to bolt i wouldn't keep it,if a fox is pushed into a spotend,the dog has to be dug if the dogs comes out it is not 100% ,sometimes and you might be in a tricky spot and hope the fox will bolt but not and the dog come off it's game ,you might be happy ye didn't have to dig 15 foot in a rocky spot,but in the back of your mind you would of liking the dog to stay until you got to it

    "build it and they will come" Goverments here and in Britain well know how it goes,if you start moving certain people into the same areas the rest will follow, there are estastes in Dublin Now that are 90% foreigners in them,Most of the school places are being taken up by foreigners and local kids are being refused ,and if they cause trouble in the schools they get away with it ,because if anything is said to them the pull the race card for everything. but it's the goverment that place all these in the same areas and give it a few years Dublin will have it's gettos like in America

    Would of loven to get out tonight,waiting for the place to defrost and now it has the missus is gone to florence and the machine in the o2 and tomorrow she has her work Christmas party so thats tomorrow fcuked aswell,so it;s looking like friday night for me and ALL weekend digging

    Yeah Bird it doesn't seem like it was that long since i was giving him his first jabs,and the first rabbit he got on the lamp with a perfect live to hand retrieve,(without putting any retrieving training in)I'd say Bryn is putting Buck in his place...............FOR NOW Thanks,Millet ,he was actually a bit of a runt a first that no one wanted ,but as he grew he turned into a fine dog and had his job sused before any of the others in the litter,and out of a litter of 8,,,,,5 of them stayed local he is the only one still alive,his dam was pts only a few mths ago at 16 years old

    thanks mate,the thought of getting rid of him never crossed me mind,he will die with me ive got a couple of golden oldies here mate Yeah ,ive have seen yours Paulus,aren't the older dogs a plessure to work,you know where ye stand with them true mate if im going out and only need to take 1 dog its always the old dog that gets to go, over the years hes given his all on more than one occasion and would again if asked, hes not the fastests or fittest here by a country mile but he is 100% on my wave length that only comes with age and experience yeah,it is great when head out with just your

    Just a few pics i took of my old dog on Saturday, I dont push hjm too much anymore but he still puts as a good a shift in as he ever did. I am keeping a dog pup from a litter he is the sire to,and if it serves me half as good as this lad has i will be delighted.

    Dna is 50/50 so first xs can have a mixed litter,say a first x collie /greyhound ,you could get some pups more like g/hounds some more like collies and some inbetween ,for example if the bitch gives the pups more dna,i have a litter here from a rough coated brindle bitch to a smooth black dog,every pup in the litter is smooth and black,

    The dog i have at the moment is a good little dog a bit ignorant fcuker at times but never lets me down, but a dog i would love to have around me still was my little Russell dog Scrappy ,stay all day and get up to the tightest of spots But the dog that more or less sparked my interest in terriers will allways have a soft spot for Billy
