    i was getting her out with patt x russel dog.he was a great bushing dog ,but has started to go to ground ,i got gaught out twice with him .had to ring a mate to come and rescue him for me.embarrasing,cant trust him to stay on top anymore,didint think he had it in him to be honest.ill try get her out with some good bushing dogs and c if she picks it up.thanks for the advise I would not be out without a collar on him in the future ,mate he could drop some day and you won't find him this is my lakeland x russell bitch ,ground work is what they are bred for and if they st

    She's a sweet little thing but she's needs a bit of TLC ,a good worming and her nails done ,well i have just done them and when her indoors gets back with a puppy wormer that will be sorted too,she's lying on the couch here beside me with her head on my lap

    While i was out for a walk yesterday a lad i gave a phone number to to get a whippet pup dropped in a whippet bitch pup,he went to buy one but came back with two,his dog a bother to my old collie greyhound dog had to be PTS a couple of weeks ago and he was looking for a whippet dog for bushing with his terriers. he only keeps dogs but came home with a dog and a bitch and he gave me the bitch to say thanks. I didn't even know about it until i got a call from the missus saying ,WTF is this pup here for,but when i got home she had given it feed a bath and a name ,she is off her head

    Went to meet D.D in a local stop that we walk the dogs in and brought my young lad with me for the walk ,now this spot you could walk it every day for a year and not find a fox in the ground, but while doing a bit of bushing the little black bitch found a fox in a rabbit burrow ,so myself and my young lad went over to get the tools from the van we had no collar so it was all bar work but none of these burrows go deeper than 3 foot anyway,we found the bitch with the bar ,and had a handy 2 foot dig but just as we broke through to the bitch that was stuck in a very tube and the fox bolte

    A friend of mine has one ,he got her of an old woman that was going into a nursing home .a great little bushing dog and we dug a few foxes with her but has a habit of going to ground on rabbits,she is about 11 or 12 now and doesn't do much now ,i will try and get a pick of her later

    Anyone with a working stud dog should only let it out to stud proven working bitchs belong to friends and recommended people not just anyone with a bitch that is out to make a few quid. i used to stud my whippet dog out but after seeing and hearing about some of the pups being passed around i stopped ,it sickened me! now i will stud anyone of my dogs out to lads i know or people that have being vouched for ,free of charge and maybe if i was looking for a new pup or a friend of mine was i might pick one but otherwise once the bitch is good enough to be worth breeding from they can work aw
