    I have seen 1st x range from 21" to around 28 ,29" i have 2 lurchers with wheaten in their make up ,and i'm very happy with them. this bitch is 1/4 wheaten 1/8 bull 5/8 greyhound about 24 1/2 to 25",she is 7 weeks in pup to my 3/4 greyhound 1/4 collie dog and this bitch is 1/4 wheaten 1/4 collie 1/2 greyhound about 24"

    We where meant to head out Wednesday night for a quick spot of lamping when the wind was blowing a gale and a decent drizzle of rain about,but it turned out the lads couldn't get out and me being off the road at the moment meant i had to sit it out aswell,but we organised to get out last night ,but conditions where not in our favor ,it was calm as could be and the mist and fog had settled in the low lying place's,but headed out regardless,if we where to wait for perfect conditions all the time we would never get out. We headed to a spot we had not touched on yet this season,not many rabbit

    i had a whippet/greyhound x collie/greyhound started doing that aswell,she started of great and was one of the easiest dogs to get started lamping ,running the beam to squatters on her second night out,but in her 3rd working season a rabbit that was less than about 30 yards from the cover she would only trot down the beam ,with a few steps then stop and point and then do the same thing over and over again until she got close enough to make a charge,but if the rabbit made a dash for the cover she would just look at it run and trot back to me.this is not ideal but it worked with this bitch,i tar

    at a guess and when you joined id say your something to do with the mal x mongs whats a mal x mong?? a breed of dog that barks at its quarry when its frightened so i hear, i have a bull x only a pup at the mo. But i have also seen the mal x and i liked what i seen you should of went to spec savers

    I have a bitch here that was the same,i tried to line her with my friend wheaten x dog a couple of years ago ,she broke muzzels nearly ate the dog and would just not take the dog at all we even left her penned with him for the rest of her heat,she has very irregular heat,sometimes comes in after 3 mths some times after 6 or 7 mths,but i have left her in the pen with my own dog through about 6 heats which she has been penned with from the time i have had her,and he has never covered her until a few weeks ago when i had to hold her while i was out walking them,she is due in another couple of wee

    he wasn't too keen when we got to a live earth and we had a young russell there that hadn't being dug yet that was keen to go that all ready had the collar on it so we let him in,he done well dug in about 40 mins, he was very keen at the end of the dig but we held him back,it was only his second time in the field so we will give him a few more shots

    the bitch is wheaten/greyhound x 3/4 greyhound 1/4 bull and the sire is my own old dog a 3/4 greyhound 1/4 collie coming up on 11 years old and still working well
