If you want them dried out quickly put them in the microwave couple of mins at a time until it stops sizzling

The collars for the mark3 can be different batterys,I have the old grey one(non magnetic) and the newer black one(magnetic) and they take different battery's I think the newer collar takes 394 and the older one(non magnetic) 393,they are also called by other names such as lr44 etc, Also known as 394, SR936W, 608, V394, D394,LR936, 280-17, SB-A4, SR45, SR936. copied this from e bay

Take all the rings and draw chord off your nets and bin them, get some spun Poly ones or get a kit and make your own, cheap ones are useless and I had same problem when I started.....basically cheap ones are stick magnets!!

I got two jills, they inseparable and like been said two no harder than one to look after, come in handy when working larger warrens
-
I will try and take a pic of mine when I get a few minutes, too be honest if anyone can get past the dogs, guns etc and get it all out without me seeing them well fair play to them
-
I take my patt with me ferreting, they will mark the holes, every dog is different but they do have a high prey drive and will be on the go all the time, if I had one dog I would have a lurcher, bit more chilled, it works ok for me though if one bolts, the lurcher will catch it and then the patt will drag the rabbit and the lurcher back to me lol

Took my nine month old bitch ferreting today, still classed it as play time, older lurcher had a couple of runs and she just followed her,not bothered at least she got used to the ferrets, still baby's at that age not expecting too much till she quite a bit older......left me terrier at home today so have got two tired dogs and one sulking like f***

Mine is 9 months not even seen a bunny yet gonna bring her on very gently this winter, think its important not to shout at her whatever she does as think this can put them off for life, she scared of gates at the moment lol so will have to conquer that one very gently before she has a run

9-13 days, bitch usually puts tail to the side when she ready

Oh dear....some budding Lenny Bennets out there

Interested how peoples dogs walk when working them,my 2nd gen Lurcher tends to go off ahead and do a bit of bushing and looking ahead while my Greyhound/deerhound/collie/whippet tends to stay right by my side, not sure whether this has anything to do with the types of cross or whether it is just the individual dog

Not sure about 500m,but have a look at the cree torches/headlamps on e bay or you tube.with the rechargeable battery's,might not be what you want but worth a look, the power is measured in lumen the higher the more powerful,i use a 1600lm or 1800lm for lamping bunny's with the dogs, this one has colour filters. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1600LM-CREE-XML-T6-LED-Zoomable-Headlamp-Torch-Bicycle-Light-4-Color-Filters-/151080772220?pt=UK_SportsLeisure_Camping_LightsLanternsTorches&hash=item232d1da27c

if don't knit at least one a day i will start to shake and get an urge to drink white lightning, slap the mrs and kick the dogs Paulus,Have you tried net makers anonymous, they may be able to wean you off,or at least cut you down to a couple of nets a week because you are well over the Governments recommended units of nets per week
