Weihrauch HW99S Bought by me from the original owner who had F.A.C. and bought this to 'see what it was like', only shot about 100 pellets. I've used this for hunting to great effect while my PCP was in for repair. No Scope but both Open Sights. Chrono'd at 11.2f/lb with Air Arms Field (11.6f/lb with H&N FTT). Deadly accurate at 30yds (pellet on pellet), fitted with integral safety, usual Weihrauch features and of course built to the same exacting standards. Hugh fernley whittingstall I think is the name you are grasping. Pike is really easy and a lovely fish, down here they are not at all earthy, not fishy but have a lovely mellow flavour and are quite meaty. The simplest is make a tin-foil packet, rub ground ginger into the descaled skin, place the pike in the packet a poor over some white wine, depending on fish size cook for about 40mins gas mark 5. The law is a little funny here..... Rabbit's are described as pests (or vermin if you like) but once you try to sell them they become game, therefore in order to sell them you will need a game license (about £4 from the post office). However Rabbit's are not game, so what happens? Just go and buy the game license and then sell them ((about £2 each paunched). I supply them to my local butcher and he knows me so isn't at all bothered about games licenses and the such. But other people might need a guarantee that they are healthy and fresh. Hope this helps?
