to answer your original question samba i believe floyd is bred out of a bitch called meg she was a rough haired bitch bred lurcher to lurcher i think and some where in her make up i think she had tor of dartmoor not 100% sure it was a long time ago and the lad who owned the bitch has had a few bitches lined off my old dog bob who is floyds sire

i have a 3/4 lab 1/4 spaniel he will face any cover hunts well and is a good retriever i take him on our walk one stand one shoot and he is good in the beatting line but can olso turn his hand to a bit of picking up as well

i got my cert and a letter with it saying if i got into trouble with police for any thing it would be revoked and i had to send of to scotland yard for a list of my convictions so dont worry mate .All of your run ins with the law are kept on file they never disappear alltogether its another big brother thing

i use a 3/4 lab 1/4 spaniel and couldnt ask for a better dog i paid £50 for him at 8 weeks old i guess you would have to pay 150\200 pounds for a young one if u can find one best of luck MM
