some ppl like to neck em aswell just cos they dont like the twitching they think there maybe still alive.
Some twitch like shit and others flip over and dont move.
i shot 4 last night 2 stone dead didnt move other 2 had a few kicks .
Basically all i want to know is will it do my rifle any damage to shoot it without a pellet in it ?
Reason i ask is ive just got 2 extra mags (2nd hand) and there not rotating properly when im reloading.
And i want to cock it and shoot it off and try get the mags working
Cheers in advance.
Went out for a quick walk last week really only walking the dogs but took the S200 with me just incase
Walked across a few fields with the dogs off the leads and i could hear a few magpies in the next field.
Called both dogs back and sneaked upto the wall dogs one either side of me.
Popped my head over and there sat 2 nest robbers about 30 yards into the field, they had no idea i was there so up popped the S200 and down went the magpie.
Sent the lurcher to retrieve it but she was hesitant at first, she has retrieved most stuff before but she dont really lile crows or maggys for
mate the 20 or 32 both refer to the objective size 20mm and 32mm and the 4 is the magnification.
Like what others said i'd go for at least a 3x9x40 (3 times zoom to 9 times with a 40 mm lens on the end )
make my own in the workshop out of scrap pieces od hardwood, Iroko, Oak ,mahogany, keroin(spelling)
Usually 6" or 8" long point cut on them and hole at the top, i recko there gonna last me a while
like i said before i took the photos im not in em lol.
Ill ask my mate where he got them from but from memory im sure there his old fishing trousers lol
