Ive got a terrier bitch from gould and nuttel lines, she's 8 months old now and real keen. she's dynamite on rabbits but cant wait to dig to her when she's old enough hopefully she wont let me down.

Lamped a feild not so long back, my bitch was retrieving a rabbit to me alive and the rabbit was sqweeling like hell and had a fox follow her in. I would love to say my dog droped the bunny and nailed old charlie but id be telling fibbs. She spotted it too late and it got away. HAPPY HUNTING RS

All my dogs are working wouldnt keep dogs if i didnt work them. And they aint ugly mutts, and id rather keep an ugly mutt that worked rather than just looking good or what it said on its papers. -
My dogs are above my misses in the pecking order and i wouldnt have it anyother way my dogs always comes first lol

Still waiting for my bitch to connect with one on the lamp, only slipped her on a few, she's to egar and over runs them, when she see's a fox she goes into a wild frenzy. When lamping bunnies she will catch and retrieve or miss and come back to slip, slip her on fox and she goes wild and hunts up when she misses. Cant wait for her to catch one she derserves it. Cracking looking dogs mate, used to love taking mine to the beach its a shame the counsul have banned all dogs from going on the beach from may till september, as i only live 30 seconds away and im right on miles off sand.

Im out wind rain or shine throu out the winter, dont see a soul. summer comes and there people hunting up the young rabbits and ferreting, and its not even for pest controll its common land. Recks my sport for the following season. but i bet i wont see them if its raining or cold thou

I attended a minkhunt last summer and was one of the best days out ive had. Not only was it a great days hunting with a few vermin being eliminated from a beatiful river but i also got to meet some fantastic people and made a few new friends, with thanks going to SOCKS off here for inviting me along. Id love to follow a few more hunts this coming season so if anyone knows any dates and venues please pm me with details. Its good to know my bitch has come from a good working background, went out last night for a shine, had a few rabbits and missed a charlie she was very unlucky, i couldnt call it out of the hedge line so i sliped her anyway hoping that the fox may bolt out into the field, she made up the ground well and coursed it along the hedge and it just managed to slip in through an amazingly small gap in the pig wire.

Does anyone know of any clubs or footpacks in the south wales area i could contact please. As im keen to get more involved and it would be great to meet up with people with more experience and perhaps meeting someone who could mentor me to become a better hunter so that i can get the very best out of my favourite past time. Any info would be greatly appreciated THANKS RS

I bought a fell terrier pup a few months back mate, my first terreir. Found it easy to bring her on didnt need much to get her going. she's now 5 months old and taken rats, mice and is bushing rabbits like a demon. RS -
Had my bitch jabbed a few weeks back too and she showed signs of pregnancy, she started filling with milk . took her down the vets and they give me some pills to dry her up. shes coming on well now. RS

sorry to hear about your dog mate, ive had various problems with my vets too they seem to prolong a problem to get you to keep going back and spend more money. just speeking from my experience. Good luck in finding another dog mate All the best RS

They're both 13 months old now, these photo's are before the loss of appitite. Looking at what you've said guys i dont think ive got anything to worry about.
