I meant at international level with weir.....as regards the old firm mob its only my opinion and i might be wrong.....but i think its generally accepted that they are not premier league material at this moment...... Also,its all very well saying they dont have the money to attract top foreign players....but look at the most succesful english teams....liverpool,man utd and chelsea......the spine of their teams has always been based on top ENGLISH players ....gerrard/carragher......scholes/ferdinand.....lampard/terry.... i notice in the paper today that the top man of english football said scottish should play in the scottish league so does that make welsh teams should play in the welsh league doesn't make sense to me i think there scared incase we do something in your league cause we have 50 & 60 thousand supporters who could attend each game not many teams can top that in the premiership and we could attract big players if we played premiership no problem take all the foreigners out of your league and your league would be nothing this is what makes you league
