hiya hutch yes to your last point ,when dapping the hook rate is usually exceptionally poor, 1 in 10 aint bad but quite often if there are 2 in the boat and one fishes the dap the other fishes a team of wets and covers the aborted take/rise to the dap and quite often they will get a response, its all done on the drift and both from the front of the boat,it a very exciting way to fish but it seems to be a dieng art now that fish stocks are down ,it was really exciting with sea trout but browns and salmon also rose well on occasions .staring into black water and then all of a sudden you see a f

rabid exactly my thought about conditions and expense of material "ive dabbled a bit with boats myself and know exactly what you mean" its just never come accross the newer coatings but the more i read the more inclined i am to try them ,it fairly certain now that this is the way we will go just got to check prices ,plus (and its a big plus for us ) its a job that a handy chippy can do for us (and we have one 1 of them available ) -

could be hard if you dont know the powder in the factory loads !,if you know what the bullet(head) from the pack is you can probably get the bullets ok in the uk ,its not rocket science working a load up that suits your gun its just something that you need to take care with ! is there anyone local that you know who could show you what to do ? -
a big thanks jok ,box arrived today , your pics dont do them justice at all !,no way did i think they would be that lite either,i like what youve used for the bow back loads of light in the box for the ferret

New Fiberglass Roof Costs
devon flighter replied to devon flighter's topic in Home Stuff, Building and Leisure
There is no expansion property to fibreglass at all and from what ive seen it crazes then leaks after a few years .There are new products on the market now more suited to expansion contraction as found on an exposed roof .The price for any of this covering will be by the m2 so shop about . this is my worry fd the roof is exposed to all the weather including the sun for most of the day and some expansion would "i think "be of major advantage -

welsh red spot on with all what your saying and god tip re the edging strips! the actual fiberglassing is as you say easy to do as long as temperature and being dry is right ! ive messed with boats for a long time and the fibreglassing doesnt fase me but im screwed up with arthritis ,this is just an extension here about 37m2 its just not getting ripped off with current prices im concerned about 1 guy who verbally quoted was ESTIMATING around £100 a meter which to me is WAY over but i could just be out of touch with current prices ! but if it is that then we need to have a rethink on which way -

im new ish to veg and couldnt agree more about sticking to what works for you ! ive tried early and late with a lot of things the last few years and doing exactly that! somethings i started early didnt work as well and vice versa, i think you need to try various and stick to what works for you in your exact location ! even a few miles or less can make a huge difference ,were very exposed to the wind here but 500 yards away no problem ,last year i was just a couple of weeks later then the year before with some crops and had a poor year ,trial and error then the weather !!!!!!! if it was the sa

we need our flat roof replacing very soon and due to how exposed to the weather we are, we would like to go to fiberglass if we can ! anyone have any idea what sort of costs are we looking at per meter? i know it varies area to area but looking for some sort of idea if we can afford to go to fiberglass or need to stay with felt the roof is 37m sq pessumably it would need re boarding first to get the adhesion for the resin so all in guides would be good ,its a nice oblong area with no flues etc sw scotland
