Here is one I like.
SPICED PLUM AND LIME CHUTNEY
2kg cooked plums, stoned and roughly chopped
2 large onions, finely chopped
5 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 fresh green chillies, deseeded and chopped (go for red if you want to)
Grated rind and juice of 2 limes
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
2†of fresh root ginger, grated
600ml red wine vinegar
500g Demerara sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
25g Allspice berries
1 tsp black peppercorns
Put the cooked plums in a large pan with all the other ingredients except the cinnamon, Allspice berries and peppercorns. Grind the cinnamo
