Not always the case, some bitches (greyhounds in particular) don't swell a great deal. They swell enough to notice. I agree with mackay here, we have a bitch that doesn't swell or puff up at all. The only sign of a heat is the blood, this bitch was mated once and it was a natural mating, the stud dog knew his job well. She produced 7 pups. I understand what your saying colliegrey but there are exceptions to every rule.

John made me some boxes, i needed them slightly different to what John had in mind but it was no trouble the boxes were made and i was more than happy with them. They are similar to the one in the pic but in blocks of three.

Thats a cracker mate, unfortunately you'd only get one cock in there though I'd love something like that for my birds, the old sheds i have are labour intensive ........that one looks very user friendly mate. -

good idea! He has got a bit better, i got tough with him and now he isnt as quick to try and get me but i sill dont trust him! he fluffs up and pretends to be busy scratching for food, lulls me into a false sense of security and then ambush's me lol! we are getting there though. even as it stands now that is the case, if your dog is taken you can apply to the courts to have it back. if its not proven to be dangerous you can have it back as per rules of the dda (muzzle,chip etc)
