Yeah that rings a bell for the under 4 and tags etc.....you could well be right..... Not sure about the 1/2 for a longer sentance though im pretty sure not much has changed there.....and i know for a fact you wont get released on cat a......then again,im well out of all that shit these days so i couldnt really give a bollock ....criminals eh...shoot the lot of em i say ( from now on anyway ) LOL.........for sure.......

Things may have changed a little i think Gnasher.....over 4's now qualify for 1/2 time off for good behaviour. Also first tagging date is 1/4 of your sentence if your doing between 4 months and 4 years. Under 4 months and its 31 days for tagging date. Over 4 yrs and tag not appicable.....also not applicable for various violent crimes regardless of sentence.

My mate has been waiting months for some boxes from him....was supposed to pick them up but the phone number he gave to arrange collection is off.......bumped into him at Thirsk and he said he'd meet up last Saturday.....drove 30 miles and he wasn't there....he's got my mates phone number so he could have rang to say he wasn't going to make it.

What prisons are we all talking ? Cat A, Cat B, Cat C, Cat D ? All different and containing different offenders. Obviously a Cat A prison has a lot more restrictions that a Cat D.
