They can do 1 of 3 things, re-bail you, charge you or NFA. If you are charged they may hold onto the dogs as evidence OR if the case doesn't involve the dogs then they should be returned.........unfortunately the RSPCA are seen as experts by most courts and they are often allowed to do as they please.

Depends if you remove them..........leave them under her and she will drop on around 8-10. The sure way of getting a hen to drop is to take the cock away, within a week she will usually go broody. This was suggested to me and I have found it true in my birds, so before any gobalots jump on my back this is just MY experience.

Thats not the humidity level, its the fan thats drying them out. You often see it if the chicks don't hatch quickly. This is why I use a still air incy to hatch in and a fan assisted to incubate in.
