A man with ten gun dogs is living on the streets after to local council told him he need planning to be a keeper/breeder of more then four dogs. He has been to court and appealed and lost. This means that if you have five dogs you need planning past by the local council to be a keeper breeder of dogs. This law was made to stop puppy farms and it is now being uses to stop shooting people keeping dogs. Can anyone tell me why we have only four shooters going to the Olympics? One air rifle man, two trap shooters and a Lady. Thats it! They have 3-4 coaches, a doctor, and other staff will they all be going? Is this helping us for the 2012 Olympic here?
