After reading hundreds of posts in many topics on this great site I have come to the conclusion that the main rule in the British Isles for many forms of dog hunting is DON,T GET CAUGHT!! When you consider my less than noble convict ancestory it should not surprise anybody that, within sporting paremeters, I fully support this rule, cheers Wasn't going to use dogs any ways I have a spaniel! wouldn't be much use on it's own! TAKE YOUR SPANIEL YOU WILL BE SURPRISED HOW FAST IT PICKS UP FINDING AND BAILING PIGS .

WHAT ARE YOU DOING KILLING SOWS !!! LET THEM BREED AND JUST KILL BOARS ! YOU WILL END UP WITH A FULL TIME JOB KILLING PIGS FOR THE GOVERNMENT !! AND U CAN EMPLOY ME TO !! CHEERS DION .

HA MATE , I HUNT PIGS IN NEW ZEALAND AND IM IN THE UK AT THE MOMENT , TRYING TO FIND A LOCAL HUNTER TO TAKE ME FOR A HUNT BEFORE I HEAD HOME ON THE 4 TH OF AUGUST , I WAS JUST PLANNING A TRIP TO THE DEAN FOREST AND PICKING UP A BULLY CROSS FROM THE DOG POUND ON THE WAY !!! sorry im in the uk at the moment working and have no pictures with me . they dont trail bark . and yes they are not as fast as a grey hound but what they lose in speed they make up with intelligence and heart !!! I live one hour north of christchurch . i have got two other faster lines but they dont compare to the half airedale line . ive got 1/2 grey hound 1/2 airedale and 1/2 grey hound 1/4 airedale 1/4 blue heeler , both are fast and hard but lacking brain and heart . have any of u guys had a go at catching a wild boar with your hounds ? does any one have any mates around the dean fores

I BREED A LINE OF BOAR DOGS IN NZ THAT WOULD SUIT ALL YOU RABBIT HARE AND DEER CHASERS IN THE UK . I USE A PURE BREED AUSTRAILAN BLUE HEELER BITCH TO A AGGRESSIVE PURE BREED GREY HOUND MALE . THEN CROSS BACK TO A PURE BREED AIREDALE . [ IE LOOK FOR A AIREDALE WITH GOOD HARD COAT, HEAVY FRAMED , AND STRONG HUNT DRIVE ! 1/2 AIREDALE 1/4 BLUE HEELER 1/4 GREY HOUND .
