Don't forget to let that pup out before they tow you away! You've been feeding him the whole trip. Your truck will stink otherwise!! lol -
Didn't realise you could downgrade again after install. I'll give it a shot then. Thanks for the info.

Most of my Fishing gear is in a rucksack but with the rod holdall and massive comfy fishing chair it now takes a bit of room and we do a fair nit of camping so our tent is pretty big too. Then with a dog crate for the pup taking up half the boot theirs not a lot of room for the little'un in the back!! -
I have windows 8.1 (it was on the computer when I bought it second hand) As I don't have a touchscreen monitor it's rubbish!! Just read through techraders review and it seems to be good?

As above, Microsoft have offered me a free upgrade but before I download it I thought I'd ask. Anyone using it? Is it okay? Let's face it, it can't be much worse than windows 8.1. Can it???

Between the camping gear, fishing gear, three of us and a dog plus a pup for the journey home I'm going to have to bring the trailer! Lol Just had a look at it and the floor planks have rotted out! Another job for tomorrow. Lucky I've got some ply laying about at work! -
I bought the alpha 100 with the tt15 collar from handtec expecting to have to downgrade the firmware so it would work in the UK. It worked straight out the box and is at firmware 3.7?? I didn't know at the time but the tt15 collar only works with 3.6 or above so I wouldn't of been able to downgrade it anyway But it works fine so happy days! I haven't plugged it into the computer and won't just in case!! £550 arrived next day.

Been so busy with work and trying to sort out everything for this pup I haven't even started to sort out the fishing gear!!! That's my poor fishing performance excuses out the way! I can just get on with the drinking when I get there now! -
Tess ripped hers a few times. First time she split the nail straight through. Got the remains of the nail off she was fine after that and it all grow back fine, second time she split it again but the nail wouldnt come off, that took awhile to heal but didnt cause her much discomfort. Next time she broke the bone itself. Took her the vets with that one as it was causing her pain. Got quoted £280 to have them off!! Found another vet that did it for £150 so had them off. Obviously no more issues...

forgot to say vet says everything is in order balls in the right place ect got the paper work for you , he loves drinking from the hose Smashing, thanks Least he should be okay for the show ring lol!

Glad shes settled in well. Can't wait till next week and we finally get our pup. Still stuck for a name though!

Thought I'd give an update on this. Ordered from handtech and it arrived within 2 days. Turned it on and it's at firmware version 3.7 but it's working fine? Don't know if it's because I bought it from UK not America but Maps show roads, arable land and woods. Tracks the dog and me on the maps fine. Work perfectly!! Result!

All looking in great nick. Glad their all doing well for you.

Beg to differ, Robbie. The police have extensive powers to enter premises without a warrant. When they say "Can we come in ?", its a rhetorical question, mate ! Im fully aware the Police powers of entry as I am a Police officer. But a nice one !Thank f*ck! As it was your advice I was following! Don't want to hide the dog for the rest of me life!!
-
Yeah 6 weeks. That's why I couldn't understand why it's suddenly come up? I had given my wife the money to pay the bill but turns out she hadn't.... As the guy thought the bill wasn't going to be paid, looks like he's contacted the police and said the dog bit him. The officer comes on duty at nine so i'll just phone and sort it out. I'm not spending my life needlessly hiding my dog or jumping every time the door gets knocked.

Dogs with family as we're going on Holiday soon. Finally got hold of the PCSO and had a chat. Apparently 'Our local station was contacted by the other Police force (were the fight happened) and asked to get the details of the owner and a photo of the other dog from the fight to save him having to drive over'. As theres only a few officers at our station and they were busy, the sergent sent the PCSO to deal wtih it. She didn't have the details of what happened, she was just asked to get the contact details of the owner and a photo of the dog. I've got the contact details of the officer in c

My wife will try and get some contact details for this PCSO when they phone tomorrow and I'll have a chat. Were off to the Lake district on Monday for a just over a week and the mother in law is house sitting the other pets (Tess with us), then back for a few days then off to Leicester for the fishing comp, then back for a few days then off to the Forest of Dean for another 5-6 days so will be really busy through August. If they want photos I'll tell them I can email them through for them. I'll get them of her in her best greyhoundy pose and not some dodgey close up that looks like the typic

Apparently it was a private number that phoned her so she can't phone back to cancel and tell her that we're too busy to meet her tomorrow and unfortunately when she gets here we won't be in. Donna, she's a bullmastiff cross bull lurcher so no papers.

Just spoke to my wife on the phone and she said the PCSO wants to take a photo of Tess not check her mouth. The guys obviously said shes a Pitbull type that bit him?
