    I run an old VM and must say they are noisey buggers but touch wood had no problems .Uses no oil good on diesel always starts and pulls like a train.Had it over 5 years now..It did have a rebore and new pistons ,new heads etc a year before I bought it ..Best £400 I ever spent just put tyres and filters on it Ill run it till it drops apart.Surely a local diesel fitter could tell you whats wrong with it.
