    thanks for the replies guys.i bought a battery tester from the pound shop last week.

    hi could someone tell me the correct batteries that goes in a mk3m collar,and do you turn the batteries around when finished.i did this and went to use it for the first time last week and batteries flat.

    they pay for it mate and don;t have to ask you or the farmer if you want a day out.i am surprised the farmer let you shoot there.they wouldn;t around here thats for sure.so be carefull what you say he may stop you shooting there,because as long as they pay they stay.

    went out lamping wednesday and had 6 rabbits.went ferreting today first bury we had one,next bury we had 2 then the next we had 3 so had total of 6 and worked hard in thick,wide hedges full of bramble and holly cut to pieces but never mind we had a good day.off out later on the lamp to have a look for some foxes with the rifle then ferreting again sunday, brilliant

    got one last week for £1 in the pound shop.

    don;t make a difference mate it happened to a mate of mine they cashed the cheque only a few days later they turned him down and gave him a refund. i expect you will get it, but be realistic and don;t count your chickens before they hatch good luck.

    just wondered about photographing pigeons,i had pigeons many years ago and i took a picture of one with a flash in the loft.i then noticed after a couple of days he was blind in the eye facing the camera.just bringing it to peoples attention so it doesn;t happen to you,dont think it was a coincidence what do you think.

    went out today got to the farm about 9.45 dogs marking burys everywhere we were having 4 and five out of each bury.rabbits were not bolting very well so we had a few digs.pups marking superbly today getting better every time we go out.a lot was happening today to much to bore you with so we took what we thought was an end of day pic of 32,but as we were driving through the farm we saw rabbits going in another 2 burys so we ferreted them and had 2 out of the one and 3 out of another one so ended the day with 37 a good day.

    went out for a local walk today with my 2 pups and 2 terriers not intending to get any rabbits.but we went by this shed and the dogs was going crazy trying to get under there so i opened the shed door and 1 of the terriers ran in and went under the false floor followed by the one pup,next thing out they came with a rabbit so i killed it and let the pups have a shake of it.they then went around the side of the shed under some old tin sheets and rubbish terriers and pups barking like hell so i moved a couple of sheets and the pups grabbed a rabbit carried on moving dirt and rubbish to get to
