    i had a call off a farmer yesterday saying someone had gone into one a couple of his fields with lurchers where he has a lot of ewes and lambs when he went round them in the morning he said there was sheep and lambs everywhere and 2 dead lambs (big lambs)so he has asked me to keep a eye on the place so i said i will go down and shoot all the rabbits,no reason for poachers to go there then,the make my piss boil.

    i need to see out to about 200 yards ihave the atn spartan mk 410 gen1 x5 magnification with the 450 mw infra red on it but it don't go far enougth i have it on a 22 rimfire at the moment but want to put it on my .222 for foxes.if you got yours on 4 at close range is it to bright cheers buddy.

    no buddy but mk1 will pick up mk3 collar.

    which is the better for night vision and which one can you see furthest with a ir laser or a lightforce 170 with infra red filter cheers.sorry for all the questions but don't want to waste money and then got to get something better.

    Hi Bouncer as you probally know you can for a LOT of money buy a dedicated IR lense for a lightforce lamp. when used with a NV unit you can see as though your lamping. A few mate's use a NON LED longe range touch or lamp and cover with IR Perspex job done Animals cannot see nothing. Also a Maglight C-CELL Tourch with a IR Lense at 20ft you cannot see the light but again with NV you can see 250yrds+. If you know where there is some cheap IR Lense let us know please mate cheers thanks for that buddy,yes if i see any i will let you know.

    i have a night vision scope just wondered if it lets any light through the filter when lamp is on cheers.
