And a litre of diesel is what....£1.42 - £1.48 at the moment....am i missing something if you make biodiesel out of wvo(waste veg oil)you can run yer van on 100% bio, i do in my fourtrak and did all winter even at minus12, i can make it for as little as .15p a litre, i aslo run my peugeot expert on it aswell, although its not recommended due to the fact its fuel pump is a lucas as apposed to a bosch, the pug has a litre tank so instead of filling up at the pump at£143.9p, and costing £115.12 a tank full, i spend 80litres x .15p/litre = £12 so as you can see i save £103.12 every ta
  9. i did it with a s reg nissan d22 it ran well for about three weeks then kept breaking down ,found out it knackered the primer pump i got a different one and it goes now but it has lost a lot of power.my friend put it in his s reg fourtrak and he kept breaking down so he got rid of it,he never had any trouble until he put wvo in.

  13. as above i tried a different regulator last night and the lights got brighter but the regulator got that hot i could not touch it.i know the battery is no good but the lights were bright when itried it tonight the lights were dim again,i have done all the tests (stator readings go up on the meter when i rev it so that is ok)no charge coming to the battery.i done the bulb test how it said in the manual and all was good but it said it could still be faulty can anyone help thanks.
  14. lol about 2 or so months back i popped into the tesco at hermiston gait and there was some one dressed like that, from the waist up he looked like a normal bloke, waterproof jacket, wee wooly hat, he even had stubble! from the waist down, skirt, tights and heels! thing was it was quite busy and no one else seemed to be batting an eye lid. :blink: That was a mirror you walked passed ya daft c**t!!!!................. :laugh: classic.
  15. we had 5,but there was a few more about there but i couldn,t rest on the bipod because the barley was to high and i couldn,t rest on any posts because of the hedges.not much good at free hand at distance not enough practice i suppose, another thing was the full moon it was like daylight but see how that goes.i was shooting them with a dedicated night vision scope i zeroed it at about 50 yards and i shot at some and missed,when i shot at it again aiming a bit lower i hit it i couldn,t figure that one out.
