Come on girls and boys keep this thread up in the top of the shop by telling us whether you've signed up to save our sport, because if we don't get the numbers on the petition then we will find ourselves in the same boat as the fox hunt brigade Even if your bored and I'm not online bump this to the top as this is more important than what pellet threads If the lefties get there way then all those well spelled and punctuated threads will be meaningless if our sport gets banned

This is the quotation copied from the BBC news site today sale of airguns in Scotland could be brought in to stop firearms getting a "grip" on communities. Justice Secretary Kenny McAskill has written to Home Secretary Jacqui Smith seeking permission for such a scheme to stop irresponsible air weapon use. What kind of pellets are you using to get that kind of performance?? Or is your S-Type well into FAC ?? You way get me to change over to .177 ATB Michael I always use Air Arms Field Diablos 4.52s, 8.44 grains this is perfect for lamping because as we all know judging distances is not as easy at night. If you ask me straight I'll always say .177 in a sub 12ftlb PCP, on the chronograph I'm getting consistent readings of 11.8ft/lb due to the S-TYPE being well regulated as standard.. ATB Lee...

I zero my S-TYPE .177 @ 33 yards and it stays flat right out to 45+ yards, the quarry does not stand a chance

Well I went out yesterday and continued through until midnight in total I killed 14 rabbits, only 8 of them are in the picture as my farmer wants some for his dogs and ferrets Gotta keep your permissions sweet IMO, and it's doing me a favour to as where I have to put them for the farmer is right on the other side of my permission so carrying them back to my bike is a real chore, seeing as I was on fire last night the bag was getting heavy All I can say is my S-TYPE feels like an extension of my arm ATB Lee...

Man that is one fat Fecker!!! I shot my first fat tree rat last week and boy did he have some fat on his body, he had nearly 10mm of fat before I could get to the meat. PS he tasted real good once I got the skin and fat off him

On my new permission I have a good mixture of all vermin except rats as the barn is brand new and very clean Keep smashing those corvids Al Whenever I've ever visited Wales all I seem to seen is fecking crows on the roof tops in the valleys... I had a really good laugh the other day, I was sat in cover with the three mutts and shot a crow in a tree, as it fell to the ground I let the hounds go, Lurcher got there 1st, then the Shar-Pei and finally the Rottie who just flattened them all and grabbed the crow and tried to eat it in one go , just walked off and left him to it and cou

I was getting worried that my rifle would stay a tree rat virgin for some time, until I found out that the 2 acre woodland on my new permission was actually mine to shoot on. After nutting a few bunnies before dark, I wandered into the wood to see Loads of woodies do the off giving me the knowledge of their roosting spot After saying to my shooting buddy "there must be loads of tree rats in here as the oak tree are in abundance but they don't seem to be here today " 2 of the feckers appeared from nowhere my mate could not get on quick enough and I THWACKED them both with my S-TYPE Unfor

Although I've now upgraded from my JSR to a Sidewinder 30 on my Rapid, I still use a JSR on my Ratcatcher. My JSR's have never let me down as they never lose zero, the optics are superb and as people have said before here the price is good too...

That rabbit was shot straight though the eye and out the back of hi nut the pellet went at 66 yards It didn't even twitch either As for the night vision I'm still waiting for it to arrive so I'll keep you posted....
