i use play.com alot! and Ive never had a problem.. if u think something is up then don't reply to the email. go to the play.com site.. and use the contact us section.. then explain to them by email or phone and see if its legit. cant say ive ever got one of them messages before. and i been on there nearly 2-3 years. regards nova.
