    It looks like a potato leaf hopper to me. We get them in the hay fields by the millions over here. We have to spray the hay fields to get rid of them or they kill the hay. It looks like the plant that the little varmint is setting on has been damaged by it.

We have both here, and coyotes. I hardly ever see a grey any more. I see a few reds every year. The coyotes outnumber the fox around here about 10 to 1. Can a coyote hybridise with a fox? Have you ever heard tell of one? Dogs and wolves yes, Foxes, No.

    I eat quite a few of them. My favorite way is braised in beef broth and onions for about 3 hrs.

    I am impressed when I see the pics of your foxes over there. The big ones seem to be twice the size of ours here. A real big fox here is 15 lbs.

    If you are having trouble with dog thieves I think it would work to help curb theft. Freeze branding dogs if fairly common here in the states.

    How much would it cost to have the rifle rebarreled? Although not quickly changeable you could keep the heavier barrel for future use. I've had several rifles rebareled here and it wasn't terribly expensive, Although not cheap either.

    Still fairly popular here in the states, Truckdrivers use them frequently yet. I use one yet when chasing coyotes with hounds to keep in contact with others in the hunt.
