  1. Just talked to Danno on the phone. He said the route is broken. I don't understand it but if a moderator wants some details I can get more info.
  2. Dan Edwards can't log on to THL. Can anybody help him out.
  3. Have a look at this one gents. Pretty tight beam I think. It is made to use as a head lamp but fits in the palm of the hand too. I have one. there are brighter lights for sure but it is pretty bright with a narrow beam. http://www.nltinc.com/docs/GS9716%20Rev%20B%20Predator%20sell-spec-Feb%202010.pdf

  5. Pluto is looking good, How ya been Stunt?
  6. American foxhound. The strain would be either July or Walker in my opinion.
  7. Nice gang of pups. Good luck with them.
  8. In a covered baking dish chop up onions, a carrot or 2, and a stalk of celery. These chopped vegetables need to be almost an inch thick on the bottom of the baking dish. Now, place the cut up squirrel in the mixture of vegetables. Add unsalted beef broth untill the squirrel pieces are almost half covered in broth. Cover the baking dish and put it in the oven at about 300 F. Let it be for a couple hrs then uncover to reduce the stock. when you are reducing the beef broth down you need to watch it closely to keep it from drying out. Reduce the beef broth by about 75% and enjoy.
  9. What model are you inquireing about?
  10. I believe the truly great dogs are born. There is a small percentage of dogs that will make outstanding workers in spite of a hunters mistakes and shortcomings (the great ones). I would much rather start with well bred pups out of outstanding parentage ( better odds of getting an outstanding worker ).
  11. A chicken, I was makin a funny, but the math part is right I believe.
  12. I'll try and have a go at it, Take a 3/8 - 5/8 bull/grey dog over a 3/8 - 5/8 leghorn/grey bitch. Now for the puppies there 3/8 bull blood total, So devide that in half = 3/16. There 5/8 grey in the cross twice, once from the dog, once from the bitch, take half on that which is 5/8. That leaves 3/8 leghorn devided in half = 3/16. This leaves you with a pup that is 3/16 bull, 5/8 greyhound, 3/16 leghorn. Not enough leghorn to lay eggs, but enough that they can really fly.
  13. Add all the fractions together keeping the different breeds seperate, Then devide by 2
  14. The top row on the gable end are red fox and bobcat, the rest are coyote.
  15. I got this pic sent to me. I had nothing to do with taking any of these critters but I thought you all may like the picture, I did.
  16. I don't chase them with sight hounds, but rather with scent hounds. That being said, Plenty of them will find a place to go. If alot of pressure is being applied to the game they will go anywhere. An open garage door, an open vehicle door, barns, under school busses, drainage tiles, through town, ect.. ect.. All first hand observations. But I've heard of way worse.
  17. I dont know about France, But in the USA there are plenty of laws already to stop such an outrageous practice. I'd say it is way more likely to be a propaganda excercise to get shark fising stopped.
