  2. thank you for the replys, i think ill try threading the pole down the inside the mesh, would around 18" in height be about right to set it at, cheers james

As a totally newbie to long/gate needs, i orderd a couple of stop nets recently, to use in conjuction with the purse nets, when the arrived, i noticed that the cord running along the top and bottom is tied to the end of the net, then has around 2ft of spare cord top and bottom!! if that makes sense ! now my question is, how/where do i attach the end pole, do i tie the spare cord to the pole,?? or thread the pole down the last run of mesh, , pics would be great cheers james

  7. ferreting when do you do that lol going tomorrow will take her with me roger youd be surprised mate, although i dnt go as much as some as im not a dosser
  8. shes around 23" i have her son aswell when i come back from hol il have to get some pics of him as well, and yeah mate shes a good all rounder! be it out for a mooch, ferreting or lamping, takes it all in her stride

  12. cant remember asking for all the advise, i aint stupid and not new with ferrets, i asked if any one on hear was/could take ferrets to selby, i would have given them a good check over and handled them, cheers again

Just putting the feelers out if any one has a good solid working hob i could line my best jill to when she comes into season, would prefer the hob to be of small size, and light colour, albino, bew, sandy, will to throw a few quid to the owner to use or buy the hob, would prefer to be around north yorkshire as im near wakefield, cheers james
