Should bring back memories as I once was a fan of the trials,only got a few years out of it as they dissapeared rather quickly.Mr.Burns must paint an elaborate picture for all those that are unfamiliar with the trials.How points were marked,and how they were run.Him writing so elequently on the subject allready it shouldn,t be a problem......now should it

A mate was saying to weld a nut into the neck of the shovel and get stainless 1" pipe and thread the end and screw the 2 together,same for t handle piece.What do you think.Any pics of one finished?

Gaz all the dogs are on the other side of the yard.Plus the cages are 5 feet off the ground.Not a hope of anyone getting near them,3 gates to get through and the dogs are mental if a stranger walks in on their own.What the hell,just 1 of those things,we wont get too worked up over it.Irish lurcher yer a messer boy Good show on 22cd of July IL in Adaire for all catagories,you going,I'll be there,aint that a good reason to be there.

Strong stuff,I just tried to get on the pat board again and the same thing happens each time,it asks for my name and password and each time it tells me it doesnt recognise my account,I will try to re register again and see what happens,JIGSAW.

Gnipper,cant understand it either,their not being intefered with and are fed twice a day,thats animals for ye.Got 6 in another cage so hopefully they'll make it.

went out to feed the jills rearing young this morning before I went to work.As I was feeding them I thought the nest was a little too quiet for my liking.While the jill was feeding I took a look and all I saw was a half eaten kit.They would have been 5 weeks tommorow and am flummoxed as to why she ate the 3 kits.Its a shame really as the jill is very good at her job.I was hoping to keep 1 kit and had 1 other promised so far,aint life a bitch

That adds a new use for big hobs I have a very small jill at the moment rearing 10 young uns,shes a little scatty where the kits are concerned and not the best mother in the world but I am looking forward to working 1 or 2 in the future as she was mated to my silver hob which was mustard at his job as is the jill.hopefully the young will be as good

Whin where were ''small weedy things''mentioned in any reply .If ever theres a disscussion on small ferrets it turns into weedy things or half starved animals,all my ferrets are well fed and have the best of treatment as with most if not all on here.They have plenty of stamina and we get a full working day out of ours,with good results which I think speaks for itself.I personally prefer a smaller version as it suits our type of country and works well,

i have 4 adult ferrets,3 jills and 1 hob.All are on the smallish side.Last season you could count on both hands how many times we had to dig.Branch what exactly is ''looking the biz''about.I'd be more interested in ''doing the biz''A big strong ferret is a handy tool on light ditches and small stone walls,but a hinderance in most other places,thats just my opinion,but I had a mate that came out with us for a season with his ''jaws of death''as he called him.He went one time to a hillside we were clearing for a farmer.My other mate and I did the ditches and Jaws of death did the ground setts.We

Just back also feckin wrecked,great weekend.Any of you guys/gals familiar with wine street(not sure of correct spelling)Main strip of nightclubs/rock bars.I have never seen so many young women accumilated in the one area.Hardly any blokes about.The lurcher shows today were super as were the terriers.
