what the hell are you worried about?when the lamp is roasting the arses off of the rabbits he wont need to be the fastest dog in the country,enjoy him for what he is.he'll bloody amaze you in time.he is after all only 9 months,thats still a very young inexperienced animal,his brain will make up for any lackings he might have in the future as from what youve written theres no shortage of grey matter since hes able to learn to retrieve,jump etc.you got a good one so far,i hope you appreciate it DR,best of luck to you and your dog.

i had a colliexgreyhound bitch that got into the house as i forgot to close the backdoor,ate my sons birthday cake an hour before the party,i never got to replace it either,so dont you tell me about being in the shits mal,i know all about it

out with Samra yesterday for a check on a spot im hoping to ferret next sason.It was very warm,we headed up the hill and the first sight I see is a pair of fox cubs darting down an earth,very interesting mental note made for next year. A little bit sandy and could be deep but we'll see next september.Samra ran a few small rabbits and generally used her nose and had fun.I got to the top of the hill and then i saw the 1 thing I would have preferred not to,MIXY Its been years since I came across it.I took hold of samras collar and walked her slowly towards the stricken rabbit and although it

this is why i made a concious decision a few years back to buy in and not breed them again,you end up with a load of kits and scratching your head wondering how you'll shift them. -
i have thought the last 2 sesons there were hares about in the forestrys,i walked the perimiters and you'd see them dash back in but theyd never be out in the feilds after sunrise.never heard about stoats being imported,i see a lot more of them than i used to,

WEX PA theres a gun dealer in Camollin co.wexford that sells a lot of fieldsports equiptmen allready,I cant think of his name but he has a fine range of gear.check this out before you make your final decision,just hoping this can help.oh you live near bunclody?remember the shoot there a few years back just over the bridge?i spent a bit of time there with a vry unpopular gamekeeper

ive told it to those that need to be told,these are very dangerous people by anyones standards and 1 chap i spoke to believed he was lucky he walked away with his life from these people.he paid to get his own dogs back,and he is not a push over either but he was way out gunned literally,if you get what im saying

a good salad and pan fried rabbit rolled in chicken oxo cube,oooohhhh yeah.shot 33 the other night,missed another 20.my shooting is woefull but with practice it'll improve i hope.

im reaping the benefits of the countryside lately,have the freezer stocked with nice eating rabbits,had them 3 days this week,hopefully going to try my hand at pigeon shooting for the 1st time in a few years.A few in the freezer too I hope 33 shot after a rifle session.
