    If he’s got a morgage on the property he could have a 3 month break therefore suspending the lady’s rent,

    Speak to her landlord regarding her rent, most mortgage lenders are giving 3 months break, doesn’t affect your credit rate ing, also council tax can be on hold for two months, if she has done a tax return for the last 3 years she will be able to claim money back in June, hope this helps

    I had a spell of getting hatching eggs sent off internet all kinds of game birds and modern game, I also met a lad local and got half a dozen Pekin eggs, there was only the pekin eggs hatched 6 out of 6 the rest were duds, I don’t know weather it had anything to do with them being in the post and tossed about, who knows

    There just a fad like colours ect, at the end of the day there runts bred to runts, can’t see them putting a full shift in with stubborn rabbits that don’t want to bolt imo I prefer big strong ferrets

    Iv been spoilt with my old bitch really she very rarely puts a paw wrong right from the start of her hunting career, this pup has been the total opposite, like you say get a summer on her she will be that bit older and fingers crossed that bit steadier
