Nice one boys, very much appreciated. Bens a decent dog, would of been a lot better only I had to go away from home for a while and he didn't get the work he needed, but he can still manage his job really well. Very fast, very strong and very game, dosent know how to give up. Might take a litter off him now with all this info, seems a Shame not to. Cheers again.

Bryan how do you know how many times we tried him?? If it pleases you to believe that I made a mistake on the dog that's fine with me. It was many years ago and is irrelevant to me but I know what I seen. People are getting on here saying this that and the other, they weren't there I was and I know what I seen with all the dogs in question. I don't disbelieve that freckles was a good dog at one time but through a network of things when I got him he wasn't wether you or anyone else values my opinion on what I saw is irrelevant to me. I done what was right for the dogs, I returned freckles to D -

I just wanted to clear things up on what's truth and what's not, if I had of had my way I would of panned all 3 dogs but there was more then me involved with them. I knew of the dogs DD kept as I had owned the original dog they came from and I'd dug with them a few times, this is one of the reasons why we took them, however all was not what it seemed and IMO a combination of factors had them the way they wer -

I know of all dogs in question, most especially the jack dog. I owned his grandfather, the father of his mother a bitch called tiger. I was only a young man at the time but the father was an exceptional dog, he escaped from my garden, got hit by a car and died, the mother was a red terrier who was never dug to much but when she was she was a really decent bitch, she false marked to and I guess that's were jack inherited that trait from. In my honest opinion as I was present for most events talked about here, chilli was no good, I think I may have had her half brother a dog called crispy, he w -

Why cut his exercise???? If you cut his exercise he may gain weight but when you start working him regular the weight will fall off him.Change his diet, use what people have mentioned for weight gain but keep the exercise up and he will gain weight through muscle bulkage rather then fat and he will keep the weight becuase his work rate will be the same. Dotty before ye ask im on a p.c in someone elses pad lol lol lol.
