Yea my dogs both mark, my bedlington x whippet marks head down burrow with a little scratch at the hole, but my collie grey whip is harder to read after sniffing the holes quietly shel stand above warren and just set her ears back slightly thats it,as said before you have to learn your dogs signs,i diddnt quite clock her marks untill a few trips out, they can be very subtle But there both always been right

Morning day after boxing day i decided to try a new jill i got earlyer this year,i always make the mistake of using the ferrets i know work, missing out on bringing new ones on, so out came the new jill and one o my trusty hobs, bitch marked two warrens holding two each, left it at that as only took all i need for feeding the stinkers, hopefully will get out again this weekend love it!
  10. Would the do a rottie or akita? Well it's funny you should mention an Akita because, my first Saluki had incident with a local drug dealers Akita which was roaming the streets and he throated it before the Akita knew what had hit it, this was one of the first instances whereby I quickly came to learn that while most dogs merely go through the motions when clashing with other dogs, this Saluki was deadly serious and his intent was to kill the other dog no doubt about. Of cause 90% or more of rotties akitas etc have no experience of disabling large animals the only thing they use their te

  14. Id just like to say a few things on this, firstly i think there are better dogs for the job, but i do not doubt that a whippet has the minerals. But to be doing it often i think youd be better of with a bigger dog,but i wouldent be to worried if one cropped up,from what i can tell with my dogs is a inheriant hatred for foxes is there,i dont have a pure, but first cross bed whip, and a whippet sized collie x grey x whip, never had a problem,as it is no longer legal i can not comment and wont be slipping my dogs, a bigger dog would suit the job better, or with terrier in the mix for jaw size&a
