    the pup i have just taken on from the litter i was talking about is DEER GREY/COLLIE GREY/SALUKI GREY, the mother to these retrieves everything from tree rats to woodys to hare and rabbits and even from shallow water. i think if you train them early enough and well enough they will retrieve anything. im just on with teaching the new pup retrieves.. going well

    hi, well thats the million dollar question. i have 2 which im selling for £50 each because there last of the littler, most of the others sold for £250. Answer: ANYTHING ive heard of people paying up over £1500 for a lurcher dog

    dont know about anyone else but whatever dog ive ever had always been protective of me,but none more so than my 2 staffs.(as far as dogs as pets go imo can not be beaten) if you devote time to a dog it will give you everything in return no matter what breed. but my brother has a lurcher bitch, deer'grey x collie/grey and she is belting dog,literally does the lot. and is very protective. i have just taken a pup of him and if it turns out half of what the dam was ill be chuffed. hope this helped atb. smiffy

    well i have to have a say, id been out with my brother, caught a deer. noticed a few farmers landrover lights flashing, and lamps about, they were onto us. i was about 15 the time, shitting myself. all we could hear were voices trying to find us, we dragged the dogs and the deer into a stream and waited it out for nearly 2 hour. eventually when the coast was clear got up and went home, with the deer. i know all circumstances aint like this, as we had no other option but to hide as they were coming in all directions and it made sense not to leave evidence. but im sure alot of people would h
