  1. chess has the right idea, go after pollack they are great sport no matter how you go after them. A 6lb pollack on a fly rod must of put up hell of a fight!
  2. You will get them from any caravan shop or i think towsure do them (find them on the net). They are easy to fit just slot them between the spring coils and this limits the travel. If its a caravan your towing try putting more wieght at the back of the van (whilst staying within wieght limit) to balance it out more.
  3. As long as your road insured anywhere! cumbye is right i think agricultural tax you can go any distance You can get vehicles taxed as "limited use" which means a journey of about 1.2 miles on road at anyone time is allowed, this might of been what you were thinking of. yep it is limited use would that be 1.2 miles one way i can tell ya all for a fact you can only travel 12 miles as the crow flies with an agricultural veichle.i.e tractor ect..this is most definatly the law. and it has to be for an agricultural purpose,if not and get the wrong bobby or worse m
  4. Only speaking from expierence my doctor did mine !!! I think its back to the same old problem diffrent Police Authoritys (wrongly) interpret the F.A.C rules diffrently and end up making the own rules.
  5. 1988 FZ600 it was just unbeatable on the back roads (had what i thought at the time bigger, better, newer bikes since but it was the BEST)
  6. Was it your Local police authority that said this guy was no good as a referee
  7. If you are really stuck you could ask your doctor (but he will probably charge you) But really any company director/owner or as said by SS a think the wording is "anyone of reputable standing" can be a referee
  8. Not sure about the Navara but my Pathfinder (like the navara but not a pickup) is £300 this year and will be £400 next year
  9. If you want the best of the best get in touch with Viking Communications 0845 2573825 they produce some excellent moulded ear defenders, these fit inside your ear. I have the passive ones (about £100) which i don't think would be best for stalking but electronic ones are available but a bit more pricey. They even produce 2nd generation digital ones that amplifies sound under certain dbs (even more pricey)

  11. This comment just reminded me of some of the best sea fishing i have every had. Pollock fishing of the mull of galloway. The wife loves pollock we use to catch just lightly battered and deep fryed, some people can't stand pollock but we love it
  12. I had my first shoot gun (410) at the age of 10 and that was after using an air rifle for some years. We did live in the country and had a bit of land so i was always shooting in our garden. The main thing is if your starting them early with guns is the saftey drills, they will remember them for the rest of thier lifes if taught early enough.
