    It makes you laugh on most them adverts......not only the prices that are asked but the nonsense that is written in the advert and quite alot of them say all reserved now......so makes you wonder who the idiots are.......the ones selling or the ones buying......

    Had a little look at Flickr link mate and have to say that is some wonderful photography .......? I'm no photographer, but you've definitely got and eye to capture the right shot.......the beauty of today's digital cameras is you can take a few and pick out the ones that stick out..... I've only got a cannon bridge camera, basically a point and shoot, I use on auto shoot, as I've no idea how to use the manual settings.......lol But in the future i would like to get something a bit more upgraded and professional and learn a bit more about it, as I do like a mooch with the camera.

    Cheers mate..... I was going to say......i bet the cuckoo took a bit of stealth and patience......not the easiest to get near...... I tried to take a picture of one back a year or two and couldn't get a decent shot..... What camera and lenses are you using to get these shots......they are all quality fair play......?     Hi mate Thanks for your input......you seem to be clued up where cocker are concerned.......id be looking for a bitch if I get one.....but as it goes the bitches seem to get snapped up real sharp especially out of litters which are worth their salt........and I can see where coming from when you say it's difficult to get a pup of the top end people as they want their kennel names to be recognised..... Would that Anita Jones be Peter Jones daughter ??? If so he did mention her to me but the pups are not born yet...... What's your opinions on all this health tested parents...

    Hi mate I'm looking for something to basically to have as a knock about rough shooting dog, but obviously I'm looking to put the time into training it to a certain standard of obedience and be able to have the control over it that I require.....or at least try anyway..... Don't really know a great deal about trialing and can't really see me ventureing into that world.....if anything, I could quite see me trying to get on a shoot for a bit of beating with the dog I intend to get or hopefully anyway...... Had lurchers and terriers all my life so this is a different road for me.

    I am quite careful on my approach and try to see through the bullshit..... I've been in contact with some cocker breeders, Peter Jones (maesydderwen) but he has nothing available at the moment, There was another up mid or north Wales...cant remember the name of that kennels, no joy there.....contacted Ian openshaw with no joy and the last one I've been in contact with is Will cluelee (poolgreen cockers) and he has put me on a reserve waiting list..... But we'll see what happens....... What is it with these cocker......their price seemed to have rocketed in the last month

    My renewal application been in since February......ive had the request from doctors to pay the fee for them to release medical information about 3 weeks ago so mines in the process I take it........not heard anything else. But my shotgun and firearms expire end of this month, so we'll see what happens next.... There was a paragraph on my application forms saying that I may not require a visit of the feo depending on the application, I'm assuming that meant as long as there were no changes or amendments to be made......     Shocking prices on pups these days....... There was a supposedly Russell dog pup on one of them sites back a week or two ago with apparently a rare colour gene in its system and they were asking £2500 for it.........lol

    im not going to lie to you mate......my days of constantly going out and looking to give a terrier a shift below the turf are not far off long gone and the terriers that I kept for doing that are also gone all bar one which is getting on himself...…..but I am looking for something to push a bit of stuff about in the cover and get it moving for the runners, so that's why im enquiring on potential well bred litters...... one thing I can guarantee.....what ever pup I take on will get the best of looking after and will not dwindle away in a kennel...... cheers, all the best, j
