i bought my lurcher bitch off hancock 9 years ago,and she cost me £150 she was 7 1/2 weeks old,and he had given her a jab but advised i should get her jabbed once more in a couple of weeks from the time i got her, i bought her in the december and he said the price was going up to £175 a pup in the january.

as i've never owned one, i was just wondering what this particular breed is like for bushing and hunting around different cover for rabbiting and what are they like for marking,and is it better to have a straight bedlington or one crossed with another terrier.

the sire is a pure whippet with sooty sam lines through it and the dam is a first cross collie greyhound.

just wondering what peoples thoughts and views are of this cross breed of dog for general bushing and hunting with ferrets and guns,because i have been thinking of trying to get something bred this way,also if anyone has any photos of this breeding please could you put them up so i can see what they look like even though they probably come in all different shapes and sizes, thanks.
